Words are not enough to describe the excellence of Regency Manor Care Home, Hunstanton. I couldn't wish for better care home for my sister. Its always a happy place, clean, fresh, warm and inviting. The staff always have time to give you a rundown of your loved one. The food is second to none and
its nice that familys can join in activities with the residents, keeping a smile on there face. I would not want my sister anywhere else

A lovely Christmas was offered to residents and visitors. We had a lovely party 27th December, nothing too much trouble. Great singer dressed appropriately. This facility for Hunstanton was much needed. Elsie has been here 6 months now and I cannot find fault with anything, if I ask it is done.

My father stayed at Regency Manor for respite care due to a safeguarding issue at home.
Once he had settled in, Dad enjoyed his stay very much. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but went above and beyond to ensure he was safe and happy.

my stepmother has loved it from day one. Staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble would recommend to everyone. food fantastic like a five star hotel!!!!! I am so pleased that she loves it as we relocated her from east sussex. We are so relieved and know that she is in good hands

My mother moved into Regency Manor in late November 2025, and I cannot speak more highly of the service provided both directly to her and our wider family by the Team at Regency Manor.
From the very first viewing, through all the subsequent processes associated with moving my mother to the scheme -
and indeed the move itself - the level of professionalism, care and support which has been provided is first class.
Whilst the building and facilities at Regency Manor are superb, it is the attitude and attention to detail of the staff which really make this scheme stand out.
The decision to move my mother into residential care has been a difficult one, but the level of care and support provided to her (and us as her wider family) by everyone at Regency Manor has been exemplary.

A lovely care home, the staff are all very friendly both with residents and family.
The care is of a high standard. The residents are treated with respect and their wishes and views are always listened too,

The festivities over Christmas at Regency Manor created the best experience for all the residents. It was the first year Mum wouldn't be able to stay with us but I needn't have worried - the staff made Christmas Day a really cosy family occasion. Christmas lunch had enough choice to please everyone
and crackers and hats helped the fun. Mum was given carefully chosen presents in a lovely bag, matched to her artistic interests and talents.
By contrast, the Family Party a couple of days later was busy and full of people. Everyone was encouraged to be involved and it was amazing how the youngest toddlers to residents in their nineties and beyond could share the time and space with such enjoyment. Mum and I danced the Hokey Cokey from her wheelchair!
Finally, I can't praise all the staff enough. Throughout the festivities, staff got on with the regular needs of beds and curtains and coffee and food with a smile, ensuring everyone was loved and cared for.
Well done and huge thanks to all.

My sister visited Regency Manor initially for respite care. After only one week she decided that this home was for her. Asked why after such a short period she had made this decision she said she "felt safe". Now resident she doesn't hanker for home, is delighted with her accommodation, the
professionalism of the staff and the care she is receiving.
Regency Manor is a new purpose-built care home with facilities required for the 21st century.

Since my initial enquiry to Regency Manor through to my relative now having been a resident for approximately 4 months they have been nothing but exceptional in every aspect.
The staff go above and beyond in every way and I have complete confidence that it is the best place for my relative.
I
cannot recommend it highly enough, I know some family members were concerned about moving our relative into a care facility however we are now all so happy with the decision we made.

Regency Manor Care Home staff and facilities are excellent. My father has lived alone for fifteen years and I worried how he would cope with a care home. I needn't have worried it is gratifying to see him smiling and laughing again. I would not hesitate to recommend this clean and modern care home.

My husband moved to Regency Manor in July. This is his new home. The actual ambience of the care home is beautiful, but what makes his life happy and comfortable is the care home staff. They have to help him with all his day-to-day activities, including hygiene, and they treat him with the utmost
respect and genuinely love him. It was a devastating decision to put my husband into care, but the care he receives warms my heart. Thank you.

From our very first visit to this care home we knew it was the correct place for my mother, and then for my father too. It's an extremely well designed building with stunning interior design, lovely calm colours and attractive furniture. The corridors aren't like corridors - they are very wide,
with lovely deep carpet and although the hand rails are there it looks like a top class hotel and not a residential home. The rooms are large and incredibly comfortable and attractive. But its the staff who make it the wonderful place that it is. We didn't meet anyone who wasn't caring, professional and kind. Every single one of them must have been hand picked for the standard of their care and personality. The events organiser was so lovely with my mother and we will never forget the way that she was treated, this also applied when my father moved there. An excellent place to live which exceeded all our expectations. Thank you all.

My first impressions of Regency Manor when I visited the marketing suite were very good and have continued to grow since then. My mother moved in at the end of July and whilst it has only been a few weeks since then, I am extremely happy with the care being provided by the manager and her entire
team. The process for assessment all the way through to admission was very well managed.
My mother suffers from dementia and her behaviour can be challenging at times, however the staff all take this in their stride and ensure she is comfortable and safe whilst treating her with respect, preserving her dignity. Every member of staff I have encountered thus far has been supportive and caring towards her. One thing that had deteriorated at her previous care home was her personal hygiene, however this is not the case now. The staff assist her in getting up & dressed (when she allows!) so she is ready for the day ahead. The facilities are excellent as are the meals provided. Thank you...

Two friends are residents in this lovely home, one of whom went from another care home and the difference between the two providers is vast.
The staff are always welcoming, the communal rooms like something you would find in a highend hotel - as are the bedrooms, each being ensuite.
Residents are
treated with kindness and respect, and staff go that extra mile to make them feel special.
