View Full Details of Loveday BelgraviaThe premises themselves were extremely clean, light and airy. The food was delicious for guests and the residents alike. My mother was on category 6 food so it was great to have the chef to be so accommodating and igneous within the limited scope of what my mother could eat. The staff couldn't be more attentive or caring, it was a huge relief to be able to leave her n such good hands. It was exactly what my mother needed to recover from surgery.
My mother came to Loveday Belgravia after a long hospital stay. Since she arrived, within two weeks, she visibly improved. The staff have been excellent, both from a medical perspective and caring, external physiotherapy has been extremely beneficial. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and the dining room and terrace are very pleasant.
I had a beautiful experience at Loveday Belgravia. I broke my patella and had to have surgery. I was a tourist and Loveday welcomed me with open arms and became my family. The care staff looked after my medical and emotional needs. They made my surgical post op journey filled with love and compassion and entertainment. Everyone here was so kind and loving, the nursing staff were very patient with my meds. I would highly recommend Loveday for surgical post op care.
The staff looked after our mother who was ill and infirm. The standard of care was excellent and the compassion and interest in the overall well being was amazing. They were very attentive, continually checking on her, engaging with her, taking her for walks and sitting with her. They really did show a level of care/compassion that we had hoped we would experience but in all honesty had not expected to receive anywhere. The facilities are wonderful, clean and tidy. We would strongly recommend LoveDay. We had looked at 3-4 other homes but none of them came even close. Whilst she sadly passed away, she always said to us how happy she was here. In the desperately sad times after her passing, we did gain comfort from knowing that she was happy and comfortable in her surroundings.
My wife had significant surgery to remove stomach cancer at St Thomas' Hospital under NHS. We felt that it was better that she had some continuing support before returning home. The room was very comfortable and perfectly equipped to provide her with suitable facilities, supportive bed, bed-side table and trolley and the room furnishing was ideal. She was given regular medical support and administration of the hospital medication and guidance on various medical aspects. The food provided was excellent and prepared to precisely match the post-operative diet guidance notes. There were regular visits from various members of the medical, care and cleaning staff who were all very supportive. The bathroom was spacious and fitted with specialised facilities to provide a safe and easily accessed use for my wife's limited mobility. The staff were very friendly, supportive and sensitive to the stress of the post operative limitations. Her visitors were very warmly greeted by the reception team and were invited to have refreshments and snacks. The high point of the whole pleasant experience was a celebratory dinner for Susan's birthday held in the delightful garden. A perfect finale to a wonderful service by Loveday.
