The staff are rude, indifferent, and having fun at the expense of the residents' needs and cries for help. They can't show an ounce of empathy. Handling vulnerable patients with rush and lack of care, because "they don't have all day", or making grimaces of disgust at each other because "he messed up the bed again". Please run away as far as you can from this facility. It would only make the residents to wish for death.
