My Husband goes for day care twice a week, I felt so guilty needing this support but I feel happy leaving him now, knowing hes happy and cared for. When I also get the time I need for myself. He has settled in well which makes me relieved knowing hes ok.

All staff have been super efficient, helpful, pleasant, and polite, from my initial telephone inquiry, to my Uncle arriving at Beechwood.
The rooms are light, spacious and well designed, just as it should be in a newly built establishment.
My Uncle has said he is happy there, he is eating better
at Beechwood than he has for a long time.
It is a daunting prospect to choose a care home for a relative, I looked round a few. I am confident that I have chosen well, and am reassured each time I visit by the constant high standards which are maintained.

My dad has been coming for day respite for sometime they have always been lovely and warm towards not only my dad but also towards myself, my dad has dietary needs and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate for this with out any problems, over the last 3 weeks he has become a resident
and all the staff have done everything they can to help him settle in and make it feel like home for him.

My father-in-law initially went into respite care at Beechwood. He settled in well and was supported by all the staff. Beechwood is now his permanent home and he has transitioned well. The team at Beechwood have been very supportive and nothing has been too much trouble.
The home is planned well
and the bedrooms are an excellent size and meet his needs very well.
Communication with the management team is very good; they are always happy to help and answer any questions.
All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My father-in-law has settled in well at this wonderful new forever home.
I have only praise for all the amazing staff, keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend Beechwood.

In the time my husband has been here, I have found the care he has received has been excellent, the care staff are friendly, caring and very helpful. The atmosphere in the home is warm & friendly and the residents families are treated with as much respect and dignity as the residents, I have no
worries when I leave here as I know my husband will be well looked after

Genuinely caring staff, lovely place and person centred dementia care. This centre really understands how to meet complex needs and support family members. You can sleep soundly when your loved one has the best.

The overall experience for Mum and us as a family was very good, the management were very on it and quick to reassure and resolve any things we mentioned to make Mum's experience a good one. Nothing was too much trouble. Their communication was superb. Would recommend.

Beechwood provides excellent quality care for my dad and truly understands his individual needs. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both family and friends.
The care my dad receives is person-centred, and the home ensures his health and safety at all
times. The food is lovely, and dad is always well fed. The cook, Tracey, consistently goes the extra mile to make sure his meal preferences are met.
We are always made to feel welcome when we visit, and the staff are friendly, polite, and supportive. They genuinely ensure that my dad receives the best possible care and support.

The care centre has been tastefully planned, furnished and decorated to a high standard. The manageress and her staff are caring, sympathetic and very reassuring in the case of my husband who was diagnosed with Alzheimers and vascular dementia six years ago. I have struggled to try to cope with the
mood swings, depression and anger management this horrible illness brings. I now feel for the first time that when I leave him he is well looked after in a safe and comfortable environment.

Beechwood is a first class facility. The staff are amazing in their professionalism, love and care of my mother. Overall, I can only say how brilliant the whole staff are in their dedication to all residents, especially my mother. I cannot recommend Beechwood highly enough. First class! Five stars!

All the staff have been super friendly and patient with my relative, his needs are complicated and sometimes he can be moody and withdrawn and they care for him amazingly with love and empathy.
The staff at reception are friendly on arrival and always make you feel welcome. Always a drink and a
cake for visitors, love that you can visit most times of the day apart from meal times which is fine.
Facilities are 5 star, like being in a hotel, clean, tidy, fresh and so modern.
Cannot fault one thing.

This is a beautiful new care home, very spacious with lovely rooms. My daughter was admitted a couple of months ago after a spell in hospital during which we were trying ot find a suitable care home for her. At last we found Beechwood and we are very happy with her care there. All the staff do a
great job and treat my daughter with kindness and patience. A special mention goes to the team leaders.

An extremely smart and comfortable home, with excellent facilities and kind, caring and supportive staff. Nothing is too much trouble, and apart from caring for our family member, they are so kind and friendly to family members.It's so lovely to have humour from the staff and manager, at what can be
a sad and stressful time. They do everything possible to alleviate the worry that we have for our family member, who can be challenging.

Excellent care and attention by all staff who were kind and friendly but professional. The home was clean and well maintained throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble.
A five star care facility.
Only negative is that as the home had only just opened not all facilities were up and running e.g the
hairdresser.8

We have been extremely happy with the Care my dad has received since becoming a resident of Beechwood. He is treated with care and respect, the food is wonderful and all the staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
We have given an "excellent" rating for everything, except value
for money. This in no way reflects badly on Beechwood itself, we just feel that in general the cost of all carehomes is astronomical for families to fund. But, compared with other homes, who charge the same, or even more, the service provided by Beechwood is outstanding.
