My sons have always been extremely well cared for by the staff at Maple House. They have lived there for 15 and 14 years respectively. The staff are fantastic, my sons are extremely happy living there, and they very much consider Maple House their home. They are always happy to return after a trip
out with family, and the fact they look forward to returning to their home speaks volumes. They have a varied, full and active life, with staff always looking for new and imaginative activities for my sons to try. The home is clean and very much feels like a home. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting, and families have a good relationship with staff. The meals my sons have are rather delicious too!
It's unfortunate the home has recently received an inadequate rating, but all staff have worked hard to ensure any future inspections are more than satisfactory.
