All the staff are helpful and very approachable. My mum is well looked after which is very important. If there is a problem concerning my mums health I am always contacted and if necessary a doctor is called out. Every staff member from reception to the office is always available if needed. My
brother and I highly recommend this home.

My good friend receives the most amazing care from the staff at Manorhey, they go above and beyond every single day. Nothing is too much trouble.They are truly dedicated and I can't thank them enough. Knowing my friend is part of Manorhey family is lovely and means he has the best possible care. and

The care and support my mum receives at Manorhey by both management and all staff is excellent - this includes personal care, medication management, all assistance 24/7 with personal needs being met consistently. Manorhey is always spotlessly clean and is very safe home. Mum is treated with the
upmost care and dignity by the most caring and compassionate and considerate staff. The workshop and activities created by the lifestyle coordinators is incredible!

Although my father was only in Manorhey Care Centre for a short period of time, the care and empathy both he and the family received was quite exceptional. It was a difficult time, but we couldn't have been more appreciative of the support we received from the carers and the receptionists, the
cleaners and also the care manager. They were all magnificent.

Mum has been here for 3 years now.. and I am regularly there to visit.. all staff/carers/ managers have always been very helpful and ready to help and assist in every way, mum always looks clean and well dressed and comfortable. I am very happy with the way things are managed.

I live in Australia, and while visiting my father in Manchester, he suffered a stroke. Manorhey Care Home accepted him after his discharge from the hospital. The staff there are tremendous and caring, and the rooms are always spotless. There are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy. My dad
seems to have settled in well. Although it's difficult being back in Australia, I feel confident that he is in good hands and receiving excellent care. I highly recommend Manorhey Care Home to anyone looking to place a friend or family member into care.

Absolutely outstanding care professionalism, day or night, I could go away on holiday and sleep at night knowing my mum is well cared for, from domestic, cooks, entertainment, carers, qualified nurses and management, all amazing, thank you team, so highly recommended the best care I have known.

Thank you to the care home team for all of their kindness, dedication and care they have given to my uncle. All of the staff look after the residents and ensure they are clean, comfortable and are fed well. The staff were genuinely upset and sad to hear our uncles deterioration and supported us
thorough our bereavement. Everyone works hard here and cares for their residents and their families.

Excellent care provided. Very warm atmosphere. Treated like part of one big family. Amazing care especially towards end of life. Would highly recommend. Staff treat resident with care, compassion and respect. Activities for patients who want/are able to join in. Always lots of staff around

Excellent facilities and exceptional staff. All staff from management to janitorial are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble in ensuring their residents are kept well and happy. My uncle was really happy here and knew every member of staff by name, he was really cared for here.

My mum has been a resident at Manorhey Care Centre since July. Mum is very well cared for, happy and settled. The staff are wonderful, they are very welcoming, kind and supportive, nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent. Her room is lovely and private. There are always lots of
activities for the residents to engage in. I would recommend Manorhey Care Centre to everyone.

I have found the service and care is first class. Nothing is too much trouble and Im notified if there are any problems. My friend has settled really well which is the main thing and as long as she is not upset that's great. She enjoys talking with the staff and everyone is pleasant and helpful.

I could not recommend this care home enough. My dad has been in here for a couple of years the support and the care we get from the staff through the bad times is amazing. They are always there not just for my dad but for us as a family.
The moment you walk through the door, you are always greeted
with a warm welcome and just walking through the corridor everybody acknowledges you and always has a smile
My dad is always clean and his room is too. They are an amazing bunch of people and we are so lucky to have found them.

Manorhey Care home is an excellent home, great support and care from all the staff. Look after all mum's Care needs and are wonderful with mum. The facilities are excellent and the activities team keep the residents entertained and excellent Events are offered to residents to attend. The admin team
are approachable with any queries/questions you have. Reception staff are so helpful and polite. Mum's room is lovely and private with her own bathroom, kept very clean by the staff. You can ask for a look around the home. Excellent care & services.

Our mum has been in Manor Hey for over 4 years now and she is extremely well looked after. The management has recently been extremely helpful and supportive whilst we have been dealing with the council on finance issues.
The care staff deserve all the praise they receive. They are all caring and
conscientious but special mention to three staff members in particular for being near perfect.

Manorhey care centre has looked after my brother since July last year. They have supported him clinically and holistically ensuring that his views are always considered.
They have settled him into residential care when he was less accepting of a formal care setting, which has relieved our family
greatly.
He reports that he likes the staff; he says they take time to chat to him about his likes and dislikes and more generally his interests. He says he feels safe, supported and listened to.
From my point of view, I can't believe my brother has settled so well. He can be tricky, not always recognising his limitations. But he's been won over by the person centred care given at Manorhey.
Thank you so much from me and my family, knowing that our relative is living in such a caring and supportive environment means that we can enjoy good quality time with him when we visit.

My mum has been in Manorhey for just over 2 years now and she has been so well cared for even she has been horrible to the staff (she has dementia). Nothing is ever too much for the staff, they are all so happy and cheerful even enquiring about other members of our family. Would highly recommend
Manorhey to everyone.

I could not recommend this care home enough. My dad has been in here for a couple of years the support and the care we get from the staff through the bad times is amazing. They are always there not just for my dad but for us as a family.

Manorhey Care home is an excellent home, great support and care from all the staff. Look after all mum's Care needs and are wonderful with mum. The facilities are excellent and the activities team keep the residents entertained and excellent Events are offered to residents to attend. The admin team

Our mum has been in Manor Hey for over 4 years now and she is extremely well looked after. The management has recently been extremely helpful and supportive whilst we have been dealing with the council on finance issues.
