What a fabulous home. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recomended. The management make a great pair.
Lovely place caring staff nice food
This care home (Beaumont House) is excellent in every sense of the word - The staff are caring, friendly and most importantly compassionate It is a beautiful home - well kept, very, very clean & tidy.
Very pleasant feel to the place. Staff always ready to help. Nursing + care staff excellent. Only down side is getting in and out of the building especially weekend when office closed, taking up previous time of carers having to let people in and out.
Only been here 2 days but at present looks lovely.
Lovely welcome and atmosphere in the home. Staff very accommading and always cheerful. Beautiful room plenty of room and spotlessly clean Would recommed the home.
I'm here to visit my former employer. On entering the building it is very welcoming and very clean to the eye. From the few staff we have met, they all seem so lovely and helpful and friend has also said he has no complaints.
Welcoming entrance, friendly staff. Everywhere looks clean - I am visiting my ex boss who I worked for over 25 years. He looks comfortable and he said he was no complaints.
Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. My mum is very well cared for here.
My dad was feeling warm, staff got him a fan within a few minutes very good service.
Our family member has only been with you for a few days, after months of being in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation care homes since January 22nd. We can honestly say this is the best place ever. It's clean. You truly care. You take the time to get to know the person, not just the patient. Even when his needs are complex and sometimes unclear, you still try and that effort means everything. After six long months of sleepless nights, we finally feel like we can rest easy knowing he is being treated with the dignity and respect he deserves. Your care has not only helped my grandad, it has helped us too by restoring our faith in humanity after some heartbreaking experiences. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all the staff at Beaumont House, Hucknall, for the absolutely fantastic VE Day celebration you organised. My dad, who lives with advanced vascular dementia and Alzheimer's, thoroughly enjoyed himself-something that means more to us than words can express. It was incredibly heartwarming to see so many residents engaged, smiling, and being so wonderfully stimulated throughout the day. The attention, care, and love shown by every member of staff was truly exceptional. Your team went above and beyond to make every resident feel seen and valued, and it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for creating such a joyful and meaningful experience for everyone-especially those like my dad, for whom these moments of connection are so precious. Your compassion and dedication shine through in everything you do. With deepest gratitude
Everything has been great. Cannot fault any of the staff, nurses, carers and domestics. There was an incident involving a nurse, but she was back, it was sorted satisfactorily.
Since my friend arrived at the home, she has been well looked after and well fed. The staff are classed as friends as well as carers.
Dad has been here for nearly 4 weeks. He's been very pleased with the care he's received from all the staff. They are now all used to his profound deafness and use the whiteboard. His only complaint is about the food. He's always eaten spicy African food. (Here, the food is too bland for him.) I'm not aware of any other complaints.
Very impressed by everything, the staff, nurses, food, equipment, and cleanliness. My dad arrived looking like he had a few days to live, and a month later, he looks like he is going to make his 98th birthday in October. Please, can I reserve a place for myself? Could do with an ice machine for any gin & tonics.
A beautiful setting with lovely caring staff. Mum is comfortable, settled and taken great care of here. All mums needs are met and staff are patient and friendly. The establishment is run to a high standard and staff all work very hard. Only negative is waiting to gain access or leave at weekends/evening but I understand it is a security measure and staff are extremely busy.
The home is friendly, professional and looking after mum really well. All of the staff are kind and caring.
Mum was only at the home a short while but loved every day and spent the last fwe days of her life very well cared for and very happy. The staff were absolutely fantastic and I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you.
