My son is nonverbal and it's difficult for him to explain himself. l can only tell my experience as his Mum. Arrived and the house looked very fresh and clean the staff were friendly and helpful. His bedroom was lovely more like a hotel bedroom everything he needed was there. It was his first visit
and he was nervous so l was worried it was three days away. But l picked him up and he was calm very relaxed no wonder the rooms are so spacious gardens are lovely with new sun lounge. The staff even did his laundry, not used to that. Looking forward to many more visits.

When I drop my son he's always happy to go in and knows his routine. Eg switching the TV on and getting his computer (tablet) and DVD player set up. Staff are all very nice and helpful get on well with them the only thing I would say is that when I go to pick him up would like more information on
the things he has done or been doing. I really don't have any issues with the staff they are all great and I can always talk to the manager or call if I have any issues but haven't needed to call about any issues at all.
