My wife is in for a 3/4 week care following a fall and hip replacement. The care is working well! The care and attention of the staff is excellent and has been a key reason for her gentle recovery. The staff is always positive and friendly, and the atmosphere is always very good. The repsonse to
'ringing the call bell' is excellent and this is important. The home is kept immaculately, and visitor access is easy and welcomed. My wife is enjoying her stay.

Since arriving in August my uncle has settled in well. The staff are amazing. The carers are always on hand, the office staff always cheerful and the chef always taking on board his likes and dislikes. The rooms are spacious and modern with activities on in the mornings and afternoons.
Having
visited other care homes Kings Court is definitely the best!

I have been 4 months the care home is wonderful. The food is excellent the staff are wonderful, food is so good. It is amazing that they offer such good value for the price they charge. Management are wonderful people. Everything is so clean and the care is 100%.

My husband has been at Kings Court since July 2025. The entire management team and staff have worked tirelessly to make my husband feel safe, comfortable and secure in peaceful surroundings. His rare non-verbal condition has its own frustrations but nursing staff have been outstanding in
communicating with him and hospitality have worked closely with us as his dietary requirements change. Kings Court gives us the confidence that all his needs continue to be met. The facilities, attention to detail and dedication of a high calibre of staff deserves it to be at the top of a very short list for anyone seeking a nursing home, care home, residential or respite.

Dad has been a resident at Kings Court for 6 weeks and we are delighted that he is very happy here. Dad has made friends and thinks that he is receiving great care.

When first visiting the home we were welcomed and shown around the excellent facilities. Since my mother has been in the home she has been well looked after and if there are any little details we are not happy with the staff will listen and put things right to make us and Mother feel better.

We visited many nursing homes before choosing Kings Court. We chose it because of 1) The quality and high-level finish of the accommodation. It was bright, well designed and laid out and the rooms on the ground floor offer a unique outside terrace. The communal areas were equally impressive. 2) The
team were all impressive working under what is a welcoming, caring and professional culture led by the manager.
We were not disappointed in our choice. Even though Mum only stayed for 3 weeks until passing, it was clear to us that she received the best medical and pastoral care possible. This despite her serious dementia and other chronic physical ailments.
If I or my wife have to end up in a nursing home, I will make sure it is one with the same excellent design, facilities, services and staff we experienced at Kings Court.

We have been blown away by the level of care and support here - mum immediately made lots of friends and was really welcomed by all the staff. They are truly amazing. Mum has been more alive here than she has for years. Her quality of life has improved dramatically, and she never wants to leave.
After just one week, she already refers to it as home. We are so happy that mum is at Kings Court. Thank You!

"Kings Court" is indeed a "care" home. Everything is done to please and help the residents. Little, if anything, that I have experienced could be improved.

This is a lovely nursing home & I don't think the staff could have done better in meeting the challenges posed by my husband's care. They have taken great care to do everything possible to help him settle in. I gave a slightly lower rating for value for money simply because it's a lot for us to find
- but I can see that the cost of running the place to such a high standard must be considerable.

Since my father came to Kings Court, we have been blown away, the home, the staff, the facilities, and the care he has received have completely put us at ease. We know exactly what is going on when, and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We are so glad we found Kings Court and couldn't

We are very happy to have found this care home. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The food is excellent, and we were welcomed into Kings Court with much kindness. I visit my husband most days, and this is my second home - always welcomed.

I was exhausted after intensive radiotherapy treatment at Kings Court really came to my aid. The staff were unfailingly kind & helpful and allowed my to sleep, regain my strength and confidence and the good food and care provided were just what I needed. This place is just what Norfolk needs. I was
looked after very well by the manager and 5 members of staff in particular, all were excellent. I shall certainly recommend Kings Court to friends & family.

I came to Kings Court for respite care after an operation on my shoulder. I needed a lot of help with dressing, washing, etc which was given with cheerfulness and consideration. As I got better, staff members continued to ask about my welfare. The carers are all charming. The food is marvellous and
the atmosphere in Kings Court is calm and comfortable - nothing is too much trouble for the staff, from management down to cleaners. I would single out the pharmacy for their care in sorting out my medications.
