My dad moved into the home in September and he really didn't want to be there. He stayed in his room and didn't want to mix with anyone. As the weeks have gone by the staff have been absolutely brilliant with him and he has settled in and is now happy and his health seems to have improved. All the
staff are so caring and patient and so lovely. From the minute we looked around we knew this was the place for him. We honestly couldn't have chosen a better place for our dad to be cared for. Thank you.

The staff have been absolutely fantastic whilst caring for my grandma. You could tell they genuinely cared, and all the little touches didn't go unnoticed. I was worried about this whole process, but they guided us and made the experience as pleasant as it could be at such a difficult time. They do
a very difficult job, and I cannot thank for what they do. Thank you.

My father in law has been staying in Nevis since June 2024 and has recently passed away.
The care he recieved during his stay has excelled our expectations that were already high as my mother was a resident a few years ago.
The staff are amazing and we love you all.

My mum had been in Nevis House for 10 months. She unfortunately passed away recently. The staff treated her with great care and respect. They were amazing. I cannot stress how good they were with her.

My wife has been in Aspen Hill for two years now at Nevis House. And in all that time all her needs and wants are catered for with enthusiasm at all times.

My mum was admitted in September 2024. Care as been good, staff excellent, accommodation standards good. Staff also good when my father visits too.

I would like to thank all the staff at Aspen Hill Village for taking such good care of my uncle who suffered a stroke.
Love the team and environment. They take the time to get to know you as a family. The care, facilities, activities, meals, cleanliness are excellent.
But the security needed to
improve.

My mum was put in Nevis House after being in 3 hospitals. I will be honest, I was not happy, as was told not good things. How wrong was I.
From day one the staff and managers have been great. Mum has put weight on after dropping down to a serious low at the hospital. I am kept up to date, I can go
to the office without any worries and the manager is straight on to it and makes me at ease. Staff are always so nice to my mum and Mum really likes them all.

I was very happy with the review I had. It was good to see all about my husband's care and needs on screen. Everything was gone through and explained really well. I think it's good to have these reviews and it puts our minds at rest knowing we have a loved one been cared for so well. Thank you.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had chosen the right place after visiting many for my father. The lady in charge of Nevis House was so once and very helpful. The staff are amazing and get my father involved in activities. Anything I ask about they can answer. The food is
nutritious and delicious. I am always offered a drink and the feeling I get is everyone loves working there. I am 100% happy to recommend it to anyone.

No worries whatsoever. My auntie is well cared for and comfortable. All staff are very caring and approachable. Really nice environment.

Staff are friendly and attentive. They always ring me if there is a problem with my mother or to get permission for treatments, medication, day trips, etc.

The carers and all the staff at Nevis House are caring and patient and very hardworking. We could not hope for a better place for dad to be looked after.
