We are so happy with the care and support for both my cousin Roland and for us as a family . We are always made to feel welcome even though we live a good 3 hours away . Roland so well cared for and the staff have a good understanding of his character and needs .

A beautiful well thought out home clean! welcoming in every aspect such attention to detail, beautiful decor. We moved mum here from another home and are delighted. Each and every member of staff are amazing, kind, cheerful and caring. Its a joy to visit this home. Mums quality of life has improved

Following a disastrous respite week at another care home in the area last October the whole family were nervous about choosing another one but being a 24/7 carer for my husband with dementia impacting on my health I needed to plan a break. Initially we started with day care once a week at
T.B.C.Home. The staff are amazing and all care is person centred.
Many activities, cheerful environment throughout (even a sports bar) yet quiet spaces for those who choose not to socialise at any given time.
My husband has made friends and just finished a successful week's respite. He came home happy and almost rejuvenated by his stay. The day care continues and plans for another respite stay are in place (2 weeks).
What makes T.B.C.H. special is not just the great facilities and its location but the whole team from Manager downwards. They all care about the people in their charge and try to accommodate everyone's needs. They treat their residents as their family! Thank you TBCH 5 stars from us.

I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the care our dad received at Trent Bridge.
From the start, the staff were kind and supportive at such a difficult time in our lives, and it was clear they really do care about the residents after seeing dad settle in over the past 2 months. It gave us a
lot of reassurance knowing he was being looked after so well.
Luke, Nicky and the team are always willing to help if we have any questions and are eager to listen for improvements where needed.
The home itself is lovely, and little things like the terrace overlooking Trent Bridge make it feel that bit more special. Dad loves the cricket so it's perfect for him.
Most importantly, our dad is treated with dignity and respect, which meant a lot to us.
We're very thankful to all the staff for everything they do.

After regular time spent in 4 care homes previously and now 6 months since we were both so warmly welcomed to Trent Bridge Care Home, I find myself giving this review. My husband and I after numerous challenges long forgotten now now discovered our forever home at TBCH. Every single person within
the TBCH family matters and that is what makes this home unique as well as excellent. Together everyone achieves more. Thank you to Trent Bridge Care Home. Second to none.

My mother has been in Trent Bridge for over a year and the carers, behind the scenes team and especially the management team continue to give excellent service. They certainly go the extra mile to provide fantastic care and assistance to all the relatives. This mothers day they provided a wonderful
tea for the residents and their families.

My mother entered Trent Bridge Care Home on respite care in December and remains here. Despite the short notice she was instantly made to feel at home and welcomed as part of the first floor community. My family and I ahve been extremely impressed by the care home. It's not just the cleanliness and
excellent facilities, it is the compassion and professionalism of all the staff we are extremely grateful for the outstanding care my mother continues to receive.

Fabulous day at Trent Bridge Care Home celebrating Valentines day. They lunch was served with love. Thank you to everyone who helped prepare the day. My dad is thriving in the home, and she is very well cared for. Thank you to Nikki and the team.

Excellent facilities and caring staff. Always happy to share information and updates re - my husbands needs and care. The extra care and time the staff put in to put on events (ie Christmas and Valentine's events) is much appreciated.

Yesterday was the Home Family Christmas Meal. From beginning to end, the whole staff team went over and beyond to make this a very special and memorable day. Each table was attractively laid with printed place names, festive menus etc. The food was excellent, plentiful and beautifully presented. The
atmosphere throughout he day felt warm, welcoming and inclusive - staff made a point of particularly welcoming newer residents into the community.
As well as serving so many people, staff found the time to chat to residents and relatives. The quality of relationships within the home and the many acts of caring and kindness shown by staff towards residents mark out Trent Bridge Care Home as a special place.
As a family, I know we will look back on this day with gratitude.As well as enjoying her wonderful Christmas dinner, our sister was secure and happy and had lots of fun. Many thanks to the whole Team. Hope you're not too exhausted!

My mother suffers with Alzheimers, and has been so lonely since my father passed away. However since moving into Trent Bridge Care Home, mum looks like a different woman. She is always busy baking, making friends, doing the activities. The staff are amazing with mum and always so friendly, helpful
and caring. Thank you to all at Trent Bridge for making my mum happy and safe.

The wonderful care home laid on a fabulous birthday party for my mother. They arranged a singer and made up a lovely buffet for all the residents and guests to enjoy. The care staff are always very pleasant and helpful with smiles on their faces. We always appreciate the care and attention given by
everyone at this beautiful care home.

The care home is excellent in every way, which is why I chose it for my wife, a dementia sufferer. We both stayed here for respite care in January 2025, which is why, from that excellent care experience, I sent her here to assist her recovery after a hospital stay of several months, knowing that the
staff would help her with her recovery. They were professional, caring and kind, and the entertainment, food, and facilities were five-star. Also, their input greatly helped with her recovery. We are likely to have another respite care stay here later in the year.

Having come from New Zealand it has been reassuring to see the high quality of care mum has been receiving and the gentleness and kindness of the staff when dealing with mum.
It would be great to think that all people needing this depth of care, would actually receive it.

My partner has been in this home since January 2025.
He is very happy, and I stay for a few nights quite frequently. The staff are all well chosen, helpful & friendly.
This home is the nicest, cleanest & friendliest I have had the pleasure of visiting on a regular basis. The decor is so claiming
& expertly chosen.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care and compassion my grandmother has received at Trent Bridge care home. From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness by every member of staff. The environment is not only clean, safe, and beautifully maintained,
but it also feels like a home.
The team goes above and beyond. They treat my grandmother with the dignity and respect she deserves, and we've noticed how much happier and more vibrant she's become since moving in.
Activities are varied and thoughtfully planned, meals are brilliant and communication with the family is excellent. We always feel included and informed. It's clear that this is more than just a job for the staff - they truly care about the wellbeing of the residents.
10/10 from me.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Trent Bridger Care Home. Having to put a loved one in a care home is a very hard decision to make but we as a family could not have found a better place. Apart from the building itself with the lovely rooms and fabulous roof terrace the staff are
excellent. So much care and detail in everything they do is plain to see and there is always plenty of things for the residents to take part in, should they wish. I feel more at ease leaving my partner there.

I have found my experience very good when visiting my mum, she's settled in very well and gets on really well with all of the staff, they really make her feel cared for and the banter they have with her is really nice to see and hear. The staff are lovely and are very friendly and welcoming. The
home is clean and well-maintained and Mum's room is lovely and comfortable.
