My daughter always enjoys her time at 101 Brook Street Care Home, we are confident that her needs and wants are catered for. She is smiling on arrival and smiling when we collect her. She has her favourite staff members but all of the staff are kind.

Overall Experience

Our son stays at 101 Brook Steet Care Home regularly and we feel that he is well cared for. The staff are lovely which for us is important. They seek to cater for his needs and we are grateful for this facility. It took him quite a while to settle as he is very much a home bird but the staff adjusted to his needs and were very accommodating.

Lovely place and staff are all lovely and helpful. Very friendly atmosphere. They have lots of fun and joy.
My daughter is always happy when she comes to Brook Street.

It is a very clean and tidy place. It is a safe place to be.

My brother has been coming here for many years for his respite care. He stays between seven-fourteen days depending on the time required by my mother and we have never had any issues in all the years he has been. The staff are attentive and always willing to help. One member of staff especially is always willing to listen and help in any way possible and help with any last-minute date changes we may have if she can.
During the first lockdown, my brother was in respite care here and had to remain for the entire duration and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mum and he could see each other either through the window or via FaceTime.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 5 Horse Leaze Care Home, Beckton and their fantastic staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Brooke Street. I feel like I instantly was accepted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. Overall, I loved my stay at 101 Brooke Street and can't wait for my next stay.

I just want to give my view about Ambient Respite!
It was the first time for my daughter to stay there and she was supposed to go to the nearest one but they didn’t have a space. So she went to this place because I had surgery and the social service booked her there for two weeks and sure I was worried, but the manager is so kind and he was updating me about my daughter by pictures and phone calls and that thing was marking me so happy! For the first time, I went and saw my daughter in the place this Saturday and she was so happy, clean and was happy to see me!

I asked her where do you like more, the place she used to go when she was child or the one the new one she said this one. I was so happy and called the manager, and said to the staff too, thank you so much. I can look after my health after my surgery and the recovery time while my daughter is looked after as well. Also, what I loved about the place it was very clean and the lounge was so modern and colourful and clean. I feel like she was at home

Overall Experience

My son uses this service regularly. The staff and rooms are good. If he spends all day, we do not always get feedback on what he has done, eaten or general information. This would be very helpful. My son enjoys going to Brook Street and I feel comfortable that he is being cared for to a good and safe standard.
