101 Brook Street

My daughter always enjoys her time at 101 Brook Street Care Home, we are confident that her needs and wants are catered for. She is smiling on arrival and smiling when we collect her. She has her favourite staff members but all of the staff are kind.

Our son stays at 101 Brook Steet Care Home regularly and we feel that he is well cared for. The staff are lovely which for us is important. They seek to cater for his needs and we are grateful for this facility. It took him quite a while to settle as he is very much a home bird but the staff adjusted to his needs and were very accommodating.

It is a very clean and tidy place. It is a safe place to be.

I enjoyed my stay at Brooke Street. I feel like I instantly was accepted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. Overall, I loved my stay at 101 Brooke Street and can't wait for my next stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Always friendly and understanding. I fully trust the staff and I am always sure of my daughter's safety when she is there.

I asked her where do you like more, the place she used to go when she was child or the one the new one she said this one. I was so happy and called the manager, and said to the staff too, thank you so much. I can look after my health after my surgery and the recovery time while my daughter is looked after as well. Also, what I loved about the place it was very clean and the lounge was so modern and colourful and clean. I feel like she was at home

My son uses this service regularly. The staff and rooms are good. If he spends all day, we do not always get feedback on what he has done, eaten or general information. This would be very helpful. My son enjoys going to Brook Street and I feel comfortable that he is being cared for to a good and safe standard.
