Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so pleased you've rated us highly in key areas-especially the quality of care, the dignity shown to residents, and the food and drink we offer. It means a great deal to know these aspects are meeting your expectations and enriching your loved one's daily life. We're genuinely sorry to hear your concerns about fee increases. Please be assured these decisions are never made lightly or driven by profit. Like many, we've faced steep rises in essential costs-staffing (including mandated minimum wage increases), food, energy, and other core services-many of which have outpaced our fee adjustments. We remain committed to managing these pressures fairly and transparently, ensuring all residents continue to receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe, supportive environment. We're always open to discussing individual concerns directly. Thank you again for your kind words, honest feedback and continued trust in our team.
