Having a relative in Eden Grange is an enormous relief. A huge weight and stress has been taken from me, and now I can enjoy visiting without worrying what happens between visits. The people I love are safe and warm and well looked after, socially, medically and physically. But more than that, they
are valued as individuals; staff know them and their likes and dislikes and try hard to make them happy and engaged and comfortable.

My cousin sadly only spent just over a week at the care home at the end of his life. I and the family were so impressed with every aspect of the care he received, but more importantly my cousin enjoyed every minute of his last few days of life. He loved the accommodation and all the staff that went
the extra mile to help him. Even his many visitors were treated with compassion and friendly help from all the staff at the home. It was a great pleasure for his family and friends to see my cousin having the very best care possible right up to the end of his life.
Reply from Aadil Baig, Support Services Manager at Emerson Grange Care HomeWe are very sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It was our sincere pleasure to have welcomed him to us and we're glad we were able to make an impact in the few days that he was with us. He will be missed.

I can highly recommend Merriman Grange. My mum stayed there for five weeks of respite care and truly loved her time there. From the moment she arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and consistently went above and beyond - especially the wonderful care team, who showed such kindness and compassion
throughout her stay.
There were plenty of engaging daily activities for her to enjoy, including trips out, which she really looked forward to. The food was of an excellent standard, and she also formed some lovely friendships while she was there. It was such a comfort knowing she was so well cared for, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Merriman Grange to others.

Eden Court has been the best choice I have made for my husband, who suffered from dementia. The place is charming and welcoming, clean, esthetic and inviting. The programme is full on, with several concerts every week, pet stroking, activities with children, choir in the nearby library and many day
trips. But what makes it really special is the quality of carers who are genuine and loving, and work very hard to ensure that residents are happy and well looked after. They are smiling and helpful and give the place a feel of home. The management is reachable and attentive, always resolving any issues. I cannot recommend Eden Court enough.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Emerson Grange Care Home who showed my father such care, kindness and attention during his stay. We are eternally grateful to the wonderful, hard working staff and the exemplary facilities on offer. The care home is of the highest quality, with truly five-star
standards throughout.

I would recommend Emerson Grange above all others in the area. The staff and the quality of care and services are outstanding, and they truly cannot do enough to ensure residents are happy, cared for and well looked after.

The care is outstanding and my father's room was like a home from home.

My father-in-law recently moved into Lakeview Grange, due to his dementia going downhill in the last few months.
It's a very difficult decision that the family had to make and I don't think you ever want to see a loved one go into a care home, but the staff have been amazing at Lakeview, especially
Jackie & Josh.
They have handled the situation with empathy, care and above all else kindness to both my father-in-law & us as a family.
The facilities are amazing and it's a lovely environment for us to visit.
We couldn't recommend Lakeview enough, just listen to their advice.
Thank you from us all
Reply from Jackie Cridlin, -Home Admission Advisor at Lakeview GrangeHello there. Thank you for your kind words. It is about working together, care home and family that helps with a smooth transition for all residents, particularly those living with Dementia. Sure to see you soon. Best wishes - the Lakeview Grange team

From my very first visit with my mother who suffers with dementia, I knew Abbotswood Romsey provided every aspect of care my mother required.
Annya provided a superb introduction, detailing every provision.
Together with my mother, we witnessed rooms she was likely to obtain, restaurants, lounges
including the grounds.
In addition, we were introduced to other residents whom all appeared happy and content.
Staff also introduced themselves . It was as if they had known my mother for years !
Now I can confirm a decision was easy to make. My mother is an Abbotswood resident. Warm, engaged with numerous activities, well fed and well cared for with the very best attentive staff
Thank you Annya, thanks to all staff and thank you Abbotswood.

Wellington Vale Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I was recommended to Wellington Vale and arranged a viewing. I was very impressed from the outset. The home was very bright, warm, and welcoming, as were the staff I met. My father's room was very well-appointed and laid out. During my father's brief stay (3 months) we felt that he was cared for very
well. All the staff showed compassion and a genuine wish to ensure that he was made comfortable and his needs met. Without mentioning names, there were particular staff who excelled in their duties. My family and I also thought that the Management Team were excellent.
Reply from Helen Cox, Home Admissions Advisor at Wellington Vale Care HomeThank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and generous review. We're delighted to hear that your first impressions of Wellington Vale were positive and that both the environment and our team made you feel welcome from the outset.

It means a great deal to us to know that your father was cared for with compassion and dignity during his stay, and that you felt confident his needs were met. Your kind words about our staff and management team will be shared with them all - feedback like this truly motivates us and reinforces why we do what we do.

Thank you again for your recommendation and trust. We wish you and your family all the very best and would welcome any of you back as a visitor any time!!

Parkfield Grange

Mum came to Parkfield in November following a fracture. We have been hugely impressed with the quality of care , carers are kind and capable and treat mum with dignity and respect. Other staff are very friendly too . As mum had started to recover she has been able to take part in a range of activities. The
activities on offer are varied and tailored to the residents needs and wants. We've been really impressed with what is on offer and like the fact that activities take place in different areas of the home . We feel that having the opportunity to move around the building is a really positive addition to daily life. Parkfield is a large care home. We have found this to be advantageous in terms of what is on offer and allowing mum to engage with many different residents and staff members. We've also found that the care/ daily life is very tailored to individual needs which is impressive with the number of residents living in the home. We would highly recommend Parkfield.
Reply from Emily Hocking, Home Admissions Advisor at Parkfield GrangeThank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely review. We are really pleased to hear how well your mum has settled at Parkfield since joining us in November following her fracture.

It means a great deal to know that our carers are supporting her with kindness, dignity, and respect, as this is central to everything we do. We are also delighted that as her recovery has progressed, she has been able to take part in a range of activities. Our activities team work hard to ensure sessions are varied and tailored to residents' individual needs, so your feedback is truly appreciated.

We're pleased you have seen the benefits of using different areas of the home, helping residents remain active, engaged, and socially connected. Thank you also for recognising the personalised approach we take to care, even within a larger home.

Your recommendation means a great deal to the whole Parkfield team. Thank you again for your kind words and trust in our care.

Sutton Park Grange

Recently, my friend stayed at Sutton Grange for respite care following an operation. From our very first conversation, Karen was absolutely fantastic so calm, reassuring, polite, and highly professional. She took the time to show me around the facilities so I could make an informed and confident decision
on my friend's behalf.
The facilities are first-class; everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and every member of staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello, which was a lovely and reassuring touch.
My friend has since recovered well and returned home, but they cannot praise the care team and deputy manager highly enough. They worked tirelessly to ensure her every need was met and provided outstanding support throughout the stay.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sutton Grange to friends and family. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so supportive and reassuring for both myself and my friend.
