In my role, I work with families and friends who are looking for a care home for their loved one. From the moment they make their enquiry for care to when they move their loved one into Lakeview Grange, I ensure their journey goes as smoothly as possible by supporting them every step of the way for a smooth transition.
I started my career in care as a retirement housing manager in Central London, and for the last 20 years, I have supported Home Admission Advisors with training in care homes across the country. In the last 3 years, I have stepped down from a regional role and decided to focus on just one care Home, hence my role at Lakeview Grange. I treat every family with dignity and respect and will go above and beyond to ensure family members receive the support they need in helping them to make the right decisions for, what can be a very emotional experience.
Born in South London and now living in Chichester with my partner. Between us, we have four children who have all flown the nest.
My family mean the world to me, and I try to meet with them as much as possible. Being happy with a positive attitude is my attitude to life.
I maintain the upkeep of the building, inside and out. Ensure that a high standard of work is carried out through the grounds of this lovely home.
I have worked for local care providers for over 6 years.
I’m a friendly gentle giant always happy to assist with anything. A huge Tottenham fan with a passion for building anything.
My role involves creating a varied and exciting Activity Plan reflecting residents’ individual hobbies and shared interests, with daily physical activities (including ‘Zing’ our in-house exercises) and chances for new opportunities.
Maintaining old, and building new, relationships are vital, and we welcome visitors, volunteers and local groups.
Equally key for wellbeing is getting out whether in and around Chichester or using our accessible garden.
Activities also encompass cultural and religious beliefs, as well as National Holidays and events. As a whole Home, we will celebrate with fun ‘Theme Days’ involving food, music, art & craft and Fancy Dress and competitions.
For the last 7 years, I’ve been a Care Home Activities Co-Ordinator, where I completed my ‘Active Engagement’ Apprenticeship. Before, I cared for my dad (who was blind and terminally ill) and then my Mum (who had physical disabilities and Dementia). Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in many Social Care sectors as a Carer, Manager and qualified as a Master of Social Work.
With my Degree in English & Drama, I write and perform in a Theatre Group, I’m in various Choirs and volunteer at my Community Cinema. I love ‘Nostalgia’ and Classic Cars - sharing a ‘Moggy Minor’ with my partner. We also share our cat and dog, and a love of history, travel, pub quizzes and being by the sea.
My job is to provide physical and emotional support for the residents at Lakeview Grange and to supervise and support the care team working on my community.

My plan is to work my way up re leadership in care.
I was born and raised in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia -now Bosnia and Herzegovina. 25 years were spent living in Prague before arriving in England nearly 7 years ago and what I consider as ‘my home’.
Chichester is a wonderful place to live, my spare time is spent exploring this beautiful city.
My family are very important to me, and I regularly fly to Belgrad to visit my family and Prague to spend time with my beautiful
I am responsible for managing a team during the night shift 8 pm – 8 am.
While on duty my focus is to deliver a holistic approach to caring for our residents with dignity and respect at the forefront of the care that my team and I deliver. I embrace every opportunity to discover the individual needs, preferences, and values of each of our fascinating residents.
I have worked in Health and Social care for over 37 years. With a wealth of experience under my belt, I approach every day with a new challenge with the key focus to ensure that our residents and my amazing team are healthy and happy.
My family and my dogs mean the absolute world to me. My ‘time out’ is to sit down by the sea, sometimes fishing. I have a creative mind so, creating things in resin and flower arranging is what I call fun.
I have worked in the care industry for 20 years and have held a range of positions from Carer to Registered Manager. I have always worked in elderly care, including Dementia and Palliative care. I have held the position of Home Manager for the last eight years.
I love the satisfaction of making a positive difference, however great or small, in the life of someone less able than I, whatever stage of life they have reached. Outside of work, I have a fiancé and three children that keep me busy. I also enjoy cooking, gardening and reading.

I have worked in the care industry for around 21 years. My experience has focused on working in a dementia environment, that is where my passion is.
I am a busy working mum of 3 wonderful children who take up most of my time. I love to attend shows across the county and internationally where my daughter performs as a cheerleader. I am truly a very proud mummy!
I ensure Lakeview Grange remains compliant with rules and regulations whilst ensuring that the residents’ experience remains a positive and happy one, ensuring that residents have access to daily activities and are able to pursue their day freely and with choice.
I have worked in care for 5 and a half years. I spent a year and a half as a Bank Care Assistant and then a Care Assistant before moving up to becoming a Senior Care Assistant for a year. Following this I was a Head Of Care for 3 years before I then made my move to Lakeview Grange to become one of two Deputy Managers.
I am an individual who stumbled into care following graduating from the University of West of England with a degree in Business Management with Economics, and have now worked in care since. I am passionate about ensuring that everyone receives the best possible care they can have, whilst also remaining happy and safe. In my spare time, I enjoy watching multiple sports as well as socialising with my friends and family.
My job is impactful work, supporting the Head Chef in our ‘state of the art’ kitchen, to deliver nutritious, seasonal meals to residents, balancing flavour, well-being, and engagement.
I have been on an inspiring path, from starting as a Line Chef in a local restaurant chain to becoming Head Chef and now embracing the role of Second Chef at the luxury Care Home, Lakeview Grange, offering residents beautifully crafted, seasonal meals in an elegant setting.
My passion for food and experimenting with new dishes from around the world is shared with my wife and beautiful daughter, Olivia.
I am responsible for a catering team that, with my guidance, creates freshly cooked food for their residents.
My career has taken me to many kitchens in the West End of London and over to West Sussex. I have been blessed with a love and passion for food, and a few of the locations where I have worked are The Millstream, Bosham, and The Angel, Midhurst. Spencer’s Restaurant in Emsworth.
I live locally with my family. There are 3 wonderful women in my life… my wife and my two daughters. I am a lucky (and very busy) man.
Live music is my passion, and my friends mean a lot to me.
I am responsible for the business operations at Lakeview Grange. I look after a wide range of areas, including recruitment, HR administration, payroll, and general office management. I also oversee and support our lovely reception team, who ensure that every visitor and resident has a warm welcome.
I have a unique combination of experience that has led me to be an administrator in a care home. As a teen, my parents ran a small 3-bed care home in our family home, and so care and respect for the older generation is something that is part of my upbringing. As an adult, I went on to be a GP Secretary and later an Administrator of Finance and HR in a secondary school, a combination of skills that has set me up well to be a business administrator for Cinnamon, and I am excited to be part of the team here at Lakeview Grange.
I am a mum to two grown up (ish) children, my son is 23 and my daughter is 20, I am very proud of them both. I love to read and am always in the middle of a book or an audiobook, I love music and going to concerts and going to the theatre, I love to go out with friends and family or to stay in with friends and family and natter late into the night, I love a spontaneous adventure, a road trip, and to travel. I also love a cosy night on the sofa with my slippers
