This is the fourth time my wife has gone in for respite care to this particular care home as it provides the best care attending to all personnel requirements without being sort for once being made aware.All staff are very supportive and caring and take a personal interest to deliver what she needs. All staff whether maintenance, catering, caring and management provide the utmost respect and support on a personal level. The care home is well maintained like a poss hotel with all amenities provided twenty four hours a day. This is the best care home in the area having been and viewed several others for my sister in law.

From the first time we contacted Lakeview Grange we have been absolutely delighted with every facet of what they have to offer . Every single member of staff from the Admissions Secretary , Jackie ( who has just won an award and very well deserved ) General Manager, Sean , the two lovely ladies on reception and all of the medical staff headed by Caitlin on my Mothers floor and catering staff are very professional , courteous and polite . The facilities are amazing , a lovely cinema , private dining which you can book for special meals . The entertainment is varied and well attended .It has a beautiful well tended garden for all to enjoy. We recently were invited to a lovely race day with Barbecue and Chichester City Band . Most of all my Mother is extremely well cared for and although she didn't want to move from being next door to us her circumstances dictated her needing more care than we could give her. Very happy with mum's state of care in Lakeside. When she entered she was confused, isolated, ill and going rapidly towards dementia. She was a new women within 3/4 weeks of care; both physical and mental care. She is very comfortable joins in activities and always dresses for dinner.

We could not have wished for a better care home for my father in his final years. The surroundings are luxurious, the food is excellent and the entertainment available to residents is brilliant. I don't know how they do it but everyone from the wonderful maintenance guys, the gardeners the chefs, the receptionists -the whole staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Maintaining old, and building new, relationships are vital, and we welcome visitors, volunteers and local groups.
Equally key for wellbeing is getting out whether in and around Chichester or using our accessible garden.
