The care my Husband has received from staff and management has been excellent.
The staff are always smiley and call the residents by their first names and caring for them. As well as keeping the home friendly and clean.
The facilities are next to none and the food looks delicious.
Rooms are
airy and with on suite with a large window.
There is a garden and balcony's around the out side of communal rooms which is very good for the residents to get fresh air when the weather is fine.
Deputy Manager Dominic has been extremely professional and caring when I had needed to ask for his help to answer questions I may have had.
I have heard the home being referred to as a hotel as it does look like one.

Unexpectedly found ourselves needing a quick care solution for our mother. From first unbooked drop in to her moving in a few days later we couldn't fault the teams understanding and effort to make the transition as smooth as possible.

My grandmother recently moved into earlsfield Court from an independent flat and we can't recommend this home highly enough. What could have been a tricky transition from independence to accepting the care she needs, felt like an upgrade to her life and independence. The facilities are gorgeous, it's
like she's moved into an hotel, but the staff are the cherry on top. My mother and I were worried about handing over the reigns for her care and treatment plan, but within a week of her moving in it was clear she was in great hands. Her meds managed, her care needs met and on top of that she's socializing and enjoying life in a way she hasn't been up to in years. We cannot thank the team at earlsfield enough.

Wow! I can't rate Earlsfield Court highly enough. From our initial inquiry we have been guided through the options and process by Daniel with patience and kindness. Such an important decision led to many queries and each, question was answered thoroughly and with respect. He helped us make choices
that were right for us without pressure and with lots of help.

We are now one week on since Ma moved in and we are blown away by the sheer professionalism of the staff. So many staff, so friendly and welcoming and Ma has been helped to settle in every step of the way. It's the many small details and little luxuries that make Earlsfield Court so special. Shima the first person to greet you, knows everyone's name and offers such a warm welcome. Kevin, facilities manager, conjures up a solution to every request and Jenalyn has an encyclopedic knowledge of Ma's needs and medication already. Karen is the manager and the fact we have met her on several occasions tells you all you need to know.

My Father went in for 1/12 Respite to recuperate post hip injury and pneumonia. He was so unwell, recovered there well, cared for and supported to a very high standard. In particular Dom & Ashleigh took exceptional care of him, going out of their way to help him. As did all the staff - a wonderful team.
Special mention to Brandon who really helped my Dad. So many more kind team members - I will leave my Dad to mention. He thoroughly enjoyed the activities and care there. Will be forever grateful. He is considering returning as a full time resident - but would request a garden room please!. .

I have been visiting friends at Earlsfield Court almost from when you first opened. I am impressed with the staff who are very friendly and efficient - one cannot ask for more! No matter how wonderful the new building is, if you haven't got the good staff, the atmosphere is not very nice - and your
staff are wonderful - even when you meet the cleaners or maybe the chef - one always gets a smile!!

My mother needed specialist dementia care and my wife and I visited many care homes. As soon as we saw Earlsfield Court we knew it was the place mum would be happy. The process in getting her there was brilliant and they interacted with mum from the outset, which is still the same a year later.

The

staff are brilliant and communicate seamlessly with residents who reside on their specialist floor and have different types of dementia, they treat all with respect in a way that they comfort them. The ethos of fun is very evident and they go to great lengths to keep residents active and engaged with each other as well as the staff. They also pamper them to make them feel special which mum loves. The entertainment programme is excellent and ranges from singers performing to children visiting to games which involve all residents. Visitors are actively encouraged to visit at any time and can also stay with their loved ones during activities if they wish. Visiting mum is actually fun.

My mother moved to Earlsfield Court during Christmas week, & despite it being such a busy time, the staff were incredibly welcoming. They included her in every activity she wished to join, & the home itself looked beautiful with its festive decorations.
The whole process of moving her in was remarkably
straightforward. The administration team, particularly Anne-Marie & Daniel, were outstanding. From my very first visit when they immediately put me at ease right through to moving in day, everything was handled with care and efficiency. Paperwork was completed quickly, & thorough assessments were carried out to ensure the team could meet my mother's complex needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
When she arrived, there were flowers in her room & a card signed by the staff. Those small touches meant so much they made her feel like she truly belonged from the very beginning.
The staff have continued to be warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know my mother.

Dad received first class care at Earlsfield Court. The team were welcoming, friendly, kind and all went the extra mile to ensure that Dad made the challenging transition from home to Earlsfield. Dad was able to build warm and meaningful relationships with both the staff and other residents. The Earlsfield
team were very supportive to myself and my family when we came to visit Dad. I will be eternally grateful to the Earslfield team in supporting us all through a very challenging time. Dad's last moments were filled with love, care and kindness.

My mother entered Earlsfield Court in late November and the whole process from the initial meeting and viewing of the home, through to taking dad to view and make the final decision, was handled in a very sensitive and professional manner.

The admission day itself was flawless; thank you.

It is

hard to praise the staff more highly from the General Manager, through to the Admissions Team and especially all the Carers who look after Mum. They always greet us with a smile and have time to talk; thank you.

As dad said (on several occasions!) should a 'bench mark' be needed for care homes, Earlsfield is it.

I began my search for a suitable dementia care home for my husband with great trepidation having visited many care homes in my professional life. I had found many of them wanting. However the welcome we received from the staff at Earlsfield persuaded us that this could be the right home for my husband
for a few weeks' respite care. Despite his reluctance to stay it became obvious that the care he was receiving was far in excess of the care I could provide at home and so the decision was made for him to become a permanent resident. That was 2 years ago.Throughout his stay I have been impressed with, and grateful for, the dedication of the care staff who have tirelessly organised professional medical and pharmaceutical help when required, ensured that his personal care has been carried out even when he was reluctant to let this happen, and most importantly have communicated with me at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Earlsfield Court Care Home for dementia care.

Firstly, A huge Thankyou to Daniel, Sheema. Dominic, Sam and Karen. You were so kind and helpful with James, from personal issues right down to putting his films on In the cinema for him, you all made him feel safe and comfortable.
Secondly, The home is absolutely beautiful, clean and 5 stars. Beautiful
gardens , food was plentiful ( although didn't have sausages the only day Jim fancied them ha ha) but overall you kept him safe and happy for the short time he was there. For that I am grateful after all his trauma.
A big shout out to Karen (Manager) for taking the time to play crib.
Only negative thing that Jim found was his room wasn't tidied daily. But would thoroughly recommend Earlsfield Court. Bexhill.

This was my mother's first experience of respite care and she was anxious about staying at Earlsfield Court. However she thoroughly enjoyed her stay and said the staff were very caring, attentive and respectful. She enjoyed the Bistro, lounge and the outside garden and made friends with the other residents.

From the moment I walked in I was treated so well, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful (as all there are but she was my first contact)
We were in urgent need of respite care and the team bent over backwards to fit in with our limited time frame.
Earlsfield Court is a little community, the
staff are so caring and attentive. Mum has severe sight impairment and so they got her little things to help, like stickers on her door so she could find her way back to her room..
The food is amazing, the daily activities well planned, it's beautifully decorated, lovely gardens and comfortable but most importantly - safety is a top priority here.
Mum never wanted to go into residential care, this was temporary respite but she loved it so much she asked to stay, that says it all to me!
(And many visitors have said they would move in if they could )
Hats off too to the admissions team, so personable, always willing to help & they arrange great community events too

From my first telephone contact with Earlsfield Court Care Home, my experience was extremely positive. My viewing of the home for my relative was professional and caring. The atmosphere was very welcoming, with all the staff that I met smiling and responding positively. My relatives admission was well
managed and every care was taken to ensure that they had exactly what they needed to make their stay a positive experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the ongoing contact with me was always appropriate. I had complete trust in the team at Earlsfield Court as I know my relative did. Thank you.

My mother, unfortunately only resided at Earlsfield for a month before she died. In that time, I couldn't fault the care and professionalism of all staff. In particular, her main carer. It was a shame that she was never well enough to enjoy the excellent facilities there.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.850) out of 10 for Earlsfield Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 52 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 52 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.850 for Earlsfield Court is calculated as follows: ( (528 Excellents x 5) + (76 Goods x 4) + (8 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 612 Ratings = 4.85
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Earlsfield Court is based on 52 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 registered maximum number of service users is 14.4, which has been reached with 52 Positive reviews. Points = 1

Job Title: General Manager

About My Role:
As General Manager at Earlsfield, my priority is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care in a safe, welcoming, and truly homely environment. I oversee all aspects of the home—from care delivery and staffing to operational and financial management—with one clear focus: ensuring residents live happy, fulfilled lives with dignity and respect.
I am passionate about building a supportive, compassionate team that genuinely cares for every individual who lives here. I believe that families should feel confident and reassured when they choose Earlsfield, knowing that their loved ones are not only well looked after, but truly valued.

My Experience:
With over four decades of experience in Health and Social Care, I bring both clinical expertise and leadership to my role. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1981 and have dedicated my career to the care of older people—working as a ward sister in the NHS, a university lecturer specialising in gerontology, and later as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute NHS Trust. I also held the position of Professional Head of Nursing in a Mental Health Trust.

Since moving into the independent care sector, I have spent the past 14 years as a CQC Registered Manager, continuing my lifelong commitment to delivering exceptional care for older people.

A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 45 years and have grown-up children who keep me proud. My hobbies are varied—from baking, pickling, and reading to writing poetry, gaming on my Xbox, and immersing myself in sci-fi and fantasy worlds (Star Wars included!).
There’s never enough time in the day—but I always make time for what matters most: the people I care for, and the families who trust us.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

What I Do:
As Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court Care Home, my role is to support the smooth daily running of the home and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, dignity, and respect. I work closely with our compassionate care team to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where residents feel truly valued and at home. Whether I’m reviewing care plans, supporting families through transitions, or mentoring staff, my focus is always on delivering person-centred care. I love interacting with both residents and their families, and I’m passionate about improving the quality of life for those we look after, treating every individual as I would my own loved ones.

My Experience:
I have always worked in care and bring a practical and supernumerary background to my role. In 2007, I achieved my MSc in Physiotherapy, which complements my hands-on experience in a residential setting. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Dementia Care Practice, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to lead with both knowledge and empathy, ensuring the highest standards of care for your loved one.
I love innovation and technology in care.

About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and mountaineering, with a dream of one day visiting the beautiful region of Kathmandu. I’m married, and a proud father of two, and I bring the same values I hold dear at home into my professional life. At Earlsfield Court, we understand that choosing a care home is a big decision. Please be reassured that we are here to offer not only expert care but also genuine compassion, kindness, and support every step of the way.
