I have been happy with the care provided at Earlsfield Court. Everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and caring. Nothing is too much trouble.
The food is excellent, rooms extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. I have bounced back to health after my fall and have truly been very happy with
the support given. Thank you to everyone. The activities are very good too.

Mum was extremely well cared for at Earlsfield Court. After a dreadful 5 days in hospital, she was assessed and within 24 hours offered a place. Her room was spacious, clean, bright and well designed. All the facilities at Earlsfield are excellent and the staff are very caring, kind and helpful. An
excellent choice of food on the menu and a choice of where to eat. The activity team are so enthusiastic and makes all the sessions fun, and really try to get everyone involved to enjoy, and make friends.

Our mother has resided at Earlsfield for nearly 18 months. Her care and needs have been A1. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful, always finding the time for our mother's needs. The variety of meals are good, catering for all tastes. The home has an array of activities and live music to entertain
the residents. We would thoroughly recommend this home to anybody considering a home for their loved ones.

A respite stay led on to my father entering the Dementia floor on a permanent basis. Both these decisions were greatly helped by the support of the Admissions Adviser who happily answered my many questions. We were free to visit at any time and welcomed by all staff on each occasion. After 3 months
he sadly passed away peacefully there, and we greatly appreciated the care and support offered by the team throughout his time at Earlsfield.

My mother has been a resident for over a year and Earlsfield has delivered an impeccable service and facility in order to make my mother feel at home and well cared for. The staff are courteous, exceptionally friendly and go over and above the call of duty to deliver a kind and professional service
to my mother. The home is immaculately clean and well organised throughout and my mother's room is comfortable and spacious with a Smart TV and an en suite facility.

Menu choices are varied and the meals are always well prepared and presented. Communal areas are spacious, tastefully decorated with an in-house private dining room (in addition to the main dining area), cinema, hairdressing and beauty salon, all needs are catered for. There is also a varied weekly activity schedule.

The management team lead by example and staff always display a positive and happy attitude whilst being at work. I thoroughly recommend Earlsfield Court to anyone looking for a 5-star retirement care home.

My mother was admitted to Earlsfield Court in October 2023. The care home is well managed and the cares are always cheerful and hard working. We would not leave our mother with a care home that was under performing as she has been the rock in all our lives (she has six children). We do want the best
for her in her final years. Simply the best for our mother.

An outstanding facility where the staff really make a difference! The level of service, empathy, teamwork and professionalism is second to none. for Senior Care in the UK.

My mum was a resident at Earlsfield for three and a half years, entering the home towards the end of Covid after living with us for several months after my father passed away. Throughout her stay, she was very happy and, without exception, the staff were very kind, caring and accommodating. As a relative,
we also found the staff to be responsive and welcoming. After being in Earlsfield for a couple of months, Mum would refer to it as 'home', which was a testament to how well she had settled in and how comfortable she felt. She always said that she was as happy in Earlsfield as it was possible for her to be, with dad gone and her no longer being able to stay in her own home. We would not hesitate to recommend Earlsfield to anybody thinking of moving into care.

After moving mum from an awful experience in a care home we found Earlsfield court. From the moment we stepped into the home we were made to feel comfortable and confident we had made the right decision. The Manager was warm and friendly and showed us around the calm environment. Mum has settled in
extremely well and this is only because of the caring and understanding staff.
They are all very supportive of delivering the best possible care for dementia patients which mum has. I would absolutely recommend Earlsfield for anyone looking for a home for their family.

From our first enquiry at Earlsfield Court where we were met by the admissions manager and shown around we have been impressed with not just the care home facilities but all the staff. The staff are exemplary and all interact with the residents ensuring an efficient and friendly atmosphere. Residents
are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. A choice of activities are available. My father who was averse to going into a care home has settled and is very content.

Value for money - I don't know about my finances as my daughter deals with them. I like the care I receive and everyone is kind. Having finally visited my father who lives here (I live in Australia) I was delighted to see he is living in such a wonderful place. Surrounded by amazing staff who look after him. The lounge and dining areas are just lovely but the warmth of the two carers. But whilst naming them I also feel I am being
unfair not listing everyone who helps dad on a daily basis. Thank you so much.

Almost my entire years of employment were spent in Sales and Marketing for a large organisation eventually retiring having reached an important demanding position. In retirement, I had a spell in hospital for a medical condition (pneumonia). My daughter through recommendation booked me into Earlsfied
Court for 2 weeks of respite and I stayed for 6 weeks. Returning to my beautiful house was a contrast. I missed all that Earlsfield offered. Briefly, I returned to Earlfield and have been a resident for nearly a year. My house is on the market. I cannot speak highly enough of this home. Management, caring staff, and facilities are exemplary.

Current Review Score: 9.9 (9.850)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.9 (9.850) out of 10 for Earlsfield Court is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 52 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 52 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.850 for Earlsfield Court is calculated as follows: ( (528 Excellents x 5) + (76 Goods x 4) + (8 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 612 Ratings = 4.85
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Earlsfield Court is based on 52 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 registered maximum number of service users is 14.4, which has been reached with 52 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: General Manager

About My Role:
As General Manager at Earlsfield, my priority is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care in a safe, welcoming, and truly homely environment. I oversee all aspects of the home—from care delivery and staffing to operational and financial management—with one clear focus: ensuring residents live happy, fulfilled lives with dignity and respect.
I am passionate about building a supportive, compassionate team that genuinely cares for every individual who lives here. I believe that families should feel confident and reassured when they choose Earlsfield, knowing that their loved ones are not only well looked after, but truly valued.

My Experience:
With over four decades of experience in Health and Social Care, I bring both clinical expertise and leadership to my role. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1981 and have dedicated my career to the care of older people—working as a ward sister in the NHS, a university lecturer specialising in gerontology, and later as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute NHS Trust. I also held the position of Professional Head of Nursing in a Mental Health Trust.

Since moving into the independent care sector, I have spent the past 14 years as a CQC Registered Manager, continuing my lifelong commitment to delivering exceptional care for older people.

A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 45 years and have grown-up children who keep me proud. My hobbies are varied—from baking, pickling, and reading to writing poetry, gaming on my Xbox, and immersing myself in sci-fi and fantasy worlds (Star Wars included!).
There’s never enough time in the day—but I always make time for what matters most: the people I care for, and the families who trust us.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

What I Do:
As Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court Care Home, my role is to support the smooth daily running of the home and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, dignity, and respect. I work closely with our compassionate care team to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where residents feel truly valued and at home. Whether I’m reviewing care plans, supporting families through transitions, or mentoring staff, my focus is always on delivering person-centred care. I love interacting with both residents and their families, and I’m passionate about improving the quality of life for those we look after, treating every individual as I would my own loved ones.

My Experience:
I have always worked in care and bring a practical and supernumerary background to my role. In 2007, I achieved my MSc in Physiotherapy, which complements my hands-on experience in a residential setting. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Dementia Care Practice, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to lead with both knowledge and empathy, ensuring the highest standards of care for your loved one.
I love innovation and technology in care.

About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and mountaineering, with a dream of one day visiting the beautiful region of Kathmandu. Please be reassured that we are here to offer not only expert care but also genuine compassion, kindness, and support every step of the way.

About My Role:
As Home Admissions Advisor at Earlsfield Court, I’m here to support you and your loved one every step of the way when considering a move into care. I understand how emotional and overwhelming this decision can feel, and I aim to make the process as smooth, informative, and reassuring as possible.

From your first enquiry through to move-in day and beyond, I’m here to provide clear information, compassionate guidance, and a listening ear—ensuring you always feel supported and confident in the choices you're making.

I genuinely believe that what makes Earlsfield Court so special is the people who live there. The care team here is exceptional, and it’s a privilege to see, every day, the positive difference they make in the lives of our residents. This truly is a place where individuals are cared for with dignity, kindness, and respect—and where families can feel peace of mind.

My Experience:
I’ve worked in the care sector for several years, most recently in Eastbourne with another care provider. Before that, I spent over 15 years in hospitality and independent living—always in roles where providing excellent service and supporting people has been at the heart of what I do.

This background has given me a strong foundation in understanding what families need and value during life’s important transitions.

A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I believe in the importance of strong relationships—both in and out of the workplace—and feel incredibly proud to be part of a care home that feels like a true community.

What I Do:
My role is to warmly welcome new residents and their families to Earlsfield Court, supporting them through what can often be a significant and emotional decision. I’m here to offer guidance and reassurance, making the transition into care as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What makes Earlsfield Court special is more than just the building itself—it’s the people. Our home has a genuine family feel, with a team of compassionate staff, freshly prepared meals, and a vibrant lifestyle programme, including regular minibus outings and daily activities. There's always something going on here, and it’s a joy to see our residents smiling, thriving, and making new memories every day.

My Experience:
With over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 18 years in the care sector, I bring both professional knowledge and heartfelt passion to my role. I’ve supported several luxury care homes throughout my career, helping families find the right environment for their loved ones.

I also previously ran my own home help and care consultancy service, which gave me first-hand insight into the daily needs and preferences of older adults. That experience has deeply shaped how I approach my work today—with empathy, attentiveness, and a real understanding of what matters most to families.

A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym, spending quality time with friends and family, and walking along the seafront with my dog, Bobby. I love good food, live music, and making the most of life’s little pleasures—something I’m always happy to share in conversations with residents and families alike.

I joined Earlsfield Court in April 2020 as a recruitment administrator and went on to become the home administrator. My favourite part is building relationships with our residents and their relatives; I love hearing about people’s history.

My Experience:
Before joining Cinnamon Care Collection, I spent 10 years working for a builder’s merchant, 8 of those in Accounts and 2 years as an HR officer. I studied HR at college and gained my level 3 CIPD qualification. I also studied and passed my bookkeeping level 2 and AAT computerised accounting.

About Me:
When I’m not at work, my time is devoted to my husband and our 3-year-old son. We often go out exploring.
