Value for money - I don't know about my finances as my daughter deals with them. I like the care I receive and everyone is kind. I feel safe and the home has lovely areas to spend time in to catch the sun and rest in the garden. The activities are excellent and are fun. There is lots of time for socialising
with other residents.

Having finally visited my father who lives here (I live in Australia) I was delighted to see he is living in such a wonderful place. Surrounded by amazing staff who look after him. The lounge and dining areas are just lovely but the warmth of the two carers. But whilst naming them I also feel I am being

Almost my entire years of employment were spent in Sales and Marketing for a large organisation eventually retiring having reached an important demanding position. In retirement, I had a spell in hospital for a medical condition (pneumonia). My daughter through recommendation booked me into Earlsfied
Court for 2 weeks of respite and I stayed for 6 weeks. Returning to my beautiful house was a contrast. I missed all that Earlsfield offered. Briefly, I returned to Earlfield and have been a resident for nearly a year. My house is on the market. I cannot speak highly enough of this home. Management, caring staff, and facilities are exemplary.

I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful respite care my mother received at Earlsfield Care Home. Recommended by someone we know, we were impressed by the level of compassion and professionalism displayed by the entire staff.
From the moment she arrived, my mother was greeted with warmth
and kindness. The facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming environment. A member of staff in particular went above and beyond to ensure that my mother felt at home and engaged in activities that suited her interests.
The communication with the staff was excellent, keeping me updated on her well-being throughout her stay. It was reassuring to know she was in such capable hands.
I highly recommend Earlsfield Care Home for anyone seeking respite care. Thank you to a member of staff in particular and the entire team for making this experience a positive one for my mother.

From the very first day that we took mum to Earlsfield Court, all the love and attention that was shown to not only her but us as a family was incredible. Mum had been living at Earlsfield Court for 18 months before peacefully passing on in her sleep just before her 96th birthday. She was very happy there, loved her room and the view, joined in many of the activities and also enjoyed the food! Mum was cared for beautifully at the end and we couldn't have

Today I visited my aunt I was so delighted to see how well and happy she is. Her room is spotlessly clean as is the home. All team members were very welcoming and we were offered a drink. Excellent facilities and care. By far the best care home I have ever seen. It has to be seen to be believed! Far better than other care homes in the area and about the same price. More like a very up market hotel than a care home. I was worried it might feel too "corporate" but it is so friendly and
caring so my worries were unfounded. Staff always on hand to answer queries and concerns. No set visiting hours so convenient. Easy parking. I could not have chosen better for my friend's stay there. She was able to return home to her husband but I personally would have been very happy for her to have stayed there. By the way, food delicious and lots of choices!

On the whole, all the staff was attentive and willing to listen to residents to ensure their care was delivered to their requirements. The home overall has a very friendly homely feel. My Godmother has been in Earlsfield Court for over 3 years now and I visit regularly.
The facilities are 5-star and beyond. In fact, if you walk in through the doors, there is no sense that you are in a Care Home at all. Every room and all the shared spaces are pristine and elegant and the kitchen
is seriously impressive! My Godmother has dementia, so the level of care and the range of activities are the most important things to focus on. I always feel that she will be well looked after and I know that I will get a call if there are any concerns. There are a wide range of daily activities and my lovely aunt attends every one! These range from sing-alongs, board games, drumming, dancing, arts and crafts, the list is endless. When I speak with staff I feel that they really know her and understand her and, as I live 65 miles away, that is comforting indeed!

My nan went to Earlsfield Court for respite following a stay in hospital. The care was amazing, Nan said the food was delicious and there were plenty of activities to keep her busy. By the end of her stay, she was well-rested and ready to return home.

One of the deciding factors in choosing Earlsfield Court as a care home for my sister was the lack of unpleasant smells which we had experienced on visiting other care homes. Unfortunately, there is now a very unpleasant smell of excrement on exiting the lift on the second floor where my sister is situated,
which can be quite nauseating at times. This appears to be emanating from the right-hand side of the corridor.

A member of the management team facilitated the use of the first-floor lounge for the reception we held after my mother's Memorial Service. He couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and arrangements for the smooth running of the event. On the day another member of staff assisted with the reception.
She went above and beyond to make the occasion as stress-free as possible for us. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Job Title: General Manager

About My Role:
As General Manager at Earlsfield, my priority is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care in a safe, welcoming, and truly homely environment. I oversee all aspects of the home—from care delivery and staffing to operational and financial management—with one clear focus: ensuring residents live happy, fulfilled lives with dignity and respect.
I am passionate about building a supportive, compassionate team that genuinely cares for every individual who lives here. I believe that families should feel confident and reassured when they choose Earlsfield, knowing that their loved ones are not only well looked after, but truly valued.


My Experience:
With over four decades of experience in Health and Social Care, I bring both clinical expertise and leadership to my role. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1981 and have dedicated my career to the care of older people—working as a ward sister in the NHS, a university lecturer specialising in gerontology, and later as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute NHS Trust. I also held the position of Professional Head of Nursing in a Mental Health Trust.


Since moving into the independent care sector, I have spent the past 14 years as a CQC Registered Manager, continuing my lifelong commitment to delivering exceptional care for older people.


A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 45 years and have grown-up children who keep me proud. My hobbies are varied—from baking, pickling, and reading to writing poetry, gaming on my Xbox, and immersing myself in sci-fi and fantasy worlds (Star Wars included!).

About My Role:
As Home Admissions Advisor at Earlsfield Court, I’m here to support you and your loved one every step of the way when considering a move into care. I understand how emotional and overwhelming this decision can feel, and I aim to make the process as smooth, informative, and reassuring as possible.


From your first enquiry through to move-in day and beyond, I’m here to provide clear information, compassionate guidance, and a listening ear—ensuring you always feel supported and confident in the choices you're making.


I genuinely believe that what makes Earlsfield Court so special is the people who live there. The care team here is exceptional, and it’s a privilege to see, every day, the positive difference they make in the lives of our residents. My Experience:
I’ve worked in the care sector for several years, most recently in Eastbourne with another care provider. Before that, I spent over 15 years in hospitality and independent living—always in roles where providing excellent service and supporting people has been at the heart of what I do.

What I Do:
My role is to warmly welcome new residents and their families to Earlsfield Court, supporting them through what can often be a significant and emotional decision. I’m here to offer guidance and reassurance, making the transition into care as smooth and stress-free as possible.


What makes Earlsfield Court special is more than just the building itself—it’s the people. Our home has a genuine family feel, with a team of compassionate staff, freshly prepared meals, and a vibrant lifestyle programme, including regular minibus outings and daily activities. There's always something going on here, and it’s a joy to see our residents smiling, thriving, and making new memories every day.


My Experience:
With over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 18 years in the care sector, I bring both professional knowledge and heartfelt passion to my role. I’ve supported several luxury care homes throughout my career, helping families find the right environment for their loved ones.


I also previously ran my own home help and care consultancy service, which gave me first-hand insight into the daily needs and preferences of older adults. That experience has deeply shaped how I approach my work today—with empathy, attentiveness, and a real understanding of what matters most to families.


A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym, spending quality time with friends and family, and walking along the seafront with my dog, Bobby. I love good food, live music, and making the most of life’s little pleasures—something I’m always happy to share in conversations with residents and families alike.

About My Role:
I first joined Earlsfield Court in April 2020 as a Recruitment Administrator and later stepped into the role of Home Administrator. After taking a year out to spend precious time with my young son, I feel incredibly fortunate to have returned to this warm and welcoming home.


No two days here are ever the same, and that’s exactly what I love about my role. Whether supporting residents, their families, or my colleagues, I enjoy the variety and the opportunity to make meaningful connections. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building relationships with our residents and learning about their rich life histories—every story is a privilege to hear.


My Experience:
Before joining Cinnamon Care Collection, I spent a decade working in the construction supply industry—eight years in Accounts and two as an HR Officer. I hold a Level 3 CIPD qualification in Human Resources, along with Level 2 Bookkeeping and AAT Computerised Accounting certifications. This blend of HR and administrative experience has given me a strong foundation in running efficient, people-focused services—skills I now use every day to help keep our home running smoothly.


A Little About Me:
When I’m not at work, I dedicate my time to my husband and our adventurous three-year-old son. We love getting outdoors and exploring together as a family—making memories whenever we can.

What I Do:
As a Team Leader at Earlsfield Court Care Home, I’m here to support both our residents and their families every step of the way—through the joyful moments as well as the more challenging times. I work closely with our dedicated team to ensure each resident receives personalised, compassionate care in a safe and welcoming environment. Being part of the day-to-day life of our residents and making a positive difference is what I value most.


My Experience:
I’ve been with Earlsfield Court since it first opened in 2020, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch our home grow from its early beginnings into the vibrant, caring community it is today. I’ve worked in care for nearly 10 years, starting as a care assistant and working my way up to Team Leader. I’m currently studying towards my Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care qualification to further deepen my knowledge and leadership in the sector.


A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our two children. We recently moved into a house that needed a lot of renovation, and we’re gradually turning it into our dream family home. As Team Leader here at Earlsfield Court Care Home, my role is to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of compassionate, person-centred care. I lead and support our dedicated care team, making sure every individual’s needs are met with dignity, empathy, and respect. I have a deep passion for palliative care, and I’m committed to making sure each resident is comfortable, valued, and able to live with as much joy and ease as possible. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is spending time with our residents, listening to their life stories, and helping them feel truly at home.


My Experience:
I’ve been part of the Earlsfield Court family since the very beginning—almost six years now. I started as a Care Assistant, progressed to Senior Carer, and am proud to now be in the role of Team Leader. My journey in care has been shaped by a total of over 18 years of experience, including 12 years working in pharmacy settings, where I developed a strong foundation in health and wellbeing. Alongside my role here, I also volunteer regularly at a local NHS hospital, supporting patients and their families. This breadth of experience gives me a well-rounded perspective on delivering quality care with professionalism and heart.


A Little About Me:
Outside of work, I find peace and joy in nature and love spending time outdoors. I have a curious palate and enjoy exploring different foods, especially cheeses and wines. Historical sites and cultural experiences are also passions of mine. I’m married with one daughter, and my family means everything to me. What I Do:
As the Admin Assistant at Earlsfield Court Care Home, I’m often the first friendly face to greet residents, families, and visitors. I take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment and supporting everyone who walks through our doors. My role involves managing day-to-day administration, coordinating communication across the home, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I'm always on hand to help, offering reassurance, information, and a caring presence. I understand how important it is to feel confident when choosing care for yourself or a loved one—and I’m proud to be part of a team that delivers kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion every single day.


Experience:
Before joining Earlsfield Court in 2022, I gained valuable experience across several different sectors. I began my career in hospitality and catering, working my way up from waiter to Deputy Manager, overseeing the running of two busy establishments. I also spent time working in retail and the transport sector. The majority of my career, however, was in the education sector, where I worked in secretarial and faculty administration roles. This diverse background has helped shape my adaptable, organised, and people-focused approach to work.

Outside of work, I care for my elderly parents and am very family-oriented. I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures, which has helped me connect with people from all walks of life. My Experience:

I joined Earlsfield Court in March 2021 as Maintenance Manager. My role is to ensure that the home is always safe, secure, and running smoothly—so our residents can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free environment. From day-to-day repairs to larger projects, I take great pride in maintaining high standards throughout the building. It’s a varied and hands-on role, and I genuinely enjoy being part of a team that cares deeply about the well-being of every resident.


My Experience:
Before joining Earlsfield Court, I spent many years working as a panel beater and sprayer, both in Ireland and here in England. I later moved into the building trade, eventually becoming a Maintenance Manager for Park Holidays. These roles helped me build a strong foundation in repair work, property care, and health & safety—skills I now use every day to help create a safe and welcoming home for our residents.


A Bit About Me:
Originally from Ireland, I moved to England in 1986 and settled in Bexhill after meeting my wife in 1998. We have two wonderful children, now aged 22 and 15. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. Being part of the Earlsfield Court team feels like an extension of that—looking after our residents as we would our own loved ones.

I joined the team at Earlsfield Court in July 2021, and my role is to ensure that every corner of our home is clean, comfortable, and welcoming for both residents and visitors. I take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation—going above and beyond to help create an environment where our residents feel truly at home.


My Experience:
With over a decade of experience as a Head Housekeeper in the care sector, I’ve worked in a wide range of care and nursing settings. I hold a qualification in Hospitality, Supervision & Leadership (HSL), which helped pave the way for my role here at Earlsfield Court. It’s a joy to be part of such a committed and compassionate team, and I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day.


A Bit About Me:
Earlsfield Court has become like a second family to me. After losing my husband, the love and support I received from both staff and residents meant the world—and I’m proud to be able to offer that same care and support in return. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks in nature and spotting the wild deer near my home.
