At Earlsfield Court, the team of skilled carers are on hand to support residents to ensure they have a comfortable day. The Activities Team ensures there is something for everyone, with trips out to points of interest both locally and further afield, as well as entertainers and hobby groups meeting throughout the week.

The Head Chef and their team spend hours creating tasty nutritionally balanced meals that are the highlight of the day for many.

Family and friends play a large part in what they do at Earlsfield and the door is always open. We could not look after our friend due to my husband's major operation and a long trip to New Zealand coming up. We needed a quality care home and after much looking, we chose Earlsfield Court. We and the other POA were and are very blessed with our choices. Earlsfield Court is close to where we live

The moment we walked through the reception doors we knew this was the right place. The General Manager and Admissions Manager were very nice and helpful. We were shown around the whole of the building and ended up in the private family dining area for a very informative talk. We were very impressed
with the size of the rooms and how beautifully decorated they were. Overall we are very happy with the place and would recommend it to anybody.

Choosing Earlsfield Court was one of the best decisions that my brothers and I have made for mum! We now have total peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for by all the staff who treat her with the utmost care and dignity. Everyone is super friendly, always gives her encouragement with her ability,
and includes her in all activities and social gatherings. She is warm, safe, well fed and watered! Most of all she is looked after by all! 10/10

My overall experience was very good since I was only there for 1 week, so this short period was for me not long enough to get used to a good routine and for the staff also. I was disappointed in the evening meals, for my age group and others all we needed was good well cooked English dishes, not 'fancy
dishes'. However I understand from the staff the chef is moving on, so a new one may have different ideas, this is not a complaint, it's an observation! Breakfast and lunchtimes good.

When we first arrived, it was like walking into a five-star hotel (my daughter's words). The homes admission advisor was very friendly and helpful. Had a coffee, I can't go anywhere without a cuppa at the end of my journey. Suddenly I saw my suitcase being taken away, to have my name 'sewn ' into my
clothes. After the coffee break, the admission advisor showed us to my room which was a single en suite. I personally didn't see any reason for a larger room.
At dinner, I met some lovely people, four people per table. For the next two weeks, we had laughter every mealtime. After breakfast, I would go downstairs to the main entrance (because I am a nosey person) and met other permanent residents, have a coffee, of course and a natter. If you are someone like me, talking to people is no problem. I have to admit that I was a little sad to leave, but as I only have my pension to live on will now have to save my money for my next visit.

From the minute I rang the home I had nothing but positive assistance at a time when it was really needed. I am very grateful. The staff and home are excellent. The staff is very caring and kind and my sister-in-law has settled in really well and is very happy here. Thank you.

Very caring staff and a warm friendly atmosphere. The private dining room is a lovely idea and we had an excellent lunch for the family, a lovely day. My mother celebrated her 92nd birthday and we wanted her to have a special day. We booked the private dining room and bought in food and drinks. The staff were very helpful getting the room ready and decorating the room with birthday banners. The staff popped in to wish my mum a Happy Birthday and she
loved the day. At the end we tried to tidy the room but were told it would be done for us. Thank you all and you helped Mum to enjoy and have a great day.

I attended for a week respite care. The surroundings are beautiful with great facilities. My room was very spacious with a good-sized bed. The staff were very caring and efficient. There were plenty of opportunities for keeping busy with a cinema, pianist and daily activities I particularly enjoyed

I don't know where to start, this home is just utterly amazing! I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after my mother, who came here for respite after having a fall at home.
As soon as you enter this beautiful home, you are always greeted by a friendly staff member. It was so lovely to see the
management getting involved with all the residents, especially when the entertainment was on, instead of being behind a closed door doing paperwork.
I cannot fault this home at all; it's beautiful, the food is amazing and the entertainment is mind-blowing. Even my ten year old daughter was allowed to join in and she loved it so much she wanted to stay!
Finally, even though this home is outstanding, it wouldn't be without the dedicated, hard-working carers that work here. Earlsfield Court must be so proud of them and they were simply the best! Thank you so much.

As a family, we looked at over twenty care homes between us all. We chose this one because of the kind and caring team, the amazing food, and the fact there is always something going on. My step-mum loves it there. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew it was the right place for her. We were made
to feel so welcome by the home admissions advisors, who couldn't do enough for us. We were nervous about making a long-term decision, but we all agree it's the best decision we've ever made. We just wish we had made it sooner, she's in great health and is just loving life again. We're so pleased and we cant thank the team enough.

So far my mum has received excellent care. I have found all members of staff to be exceptional nothing is too much bother. Communication has been excellent with lots of updates on my mother. Earlsfied Court has a lovely atmosphere with lots of activities, should the person wish to participate. Food

I never expected my mother to be resettled into a care home. She has the best 24-hour care at Earlsfield. Treated with dignity, amazing supportive staff and management. Wonderful food, cleanliness is brilliant and housekeeping great. She is offered activities on a regular basis, unfortunately, my mother
forgets this. I am so pleased we found a ground-floor room with a lovely garden she loves, her walks around the garden are less at the moment due to her general deterioration and she is very happy at Earlsfield Court. Thank you.

We inquired with Earlsfield Court earlier this year and we really loved their concept of providing a secure comfortable home for clients and in the same manner being able to assist clients to be socially active by means of organising programs such as having cinema nights, excursions and providing activities
designed to cognitively stimulate client interest. The well-thought-out programs and the presentation of the environment that creates an ambience that encourages curiosity made us choose them over other care homes. When the right time came to transfer my mother-in-law into their care, we received a very enthusiastic reception; the Earlsfield team provided great assistance and went beyond our expectations to make for an easy transition for my mother-in-law to settle into her new home. We appreciate the generosity of their time and accommodating our needs in preparation for the move, which made a huge difference to our experience. Highly recommended, the Earlsfield team genuinely cares!

Arriving at Earlsfield Court from hospital for a 2-week rest and respite I felt very welcomed and was shown into a lovely ensuite bedroom with door to patio and garden view. The medication I arrived with I handed to the staff to be administered by them regularly during my stay. The staff were always
on hand if needed or just to chat. The menus offered an amazing choice of food. I found the residents very friendly to chat with and joined in with their flower arranging, playing cards, or just sitting and chatting, or watching a film in the afternoon in the comfy cinema. Staff always seemed to be on hand to assist with walking in the garden, or just to sit and pass the time of day to anyone on their own. Thank you, Earlsfield and I really felt the benefit of my stay with you.

I am now the General Manager of Earlsfield and as such ensure all aspects of the business run smoothly. This includes Care and Financial elements. My focus is to ensure we have an inviting, safe and homely community for our residents to achieve their full potential and live happy and fulfilling lives. Ensuring we have competent and caring staff is essential in this regard and I will ensure that this is an approach that continues and maintains confidence in all our residents’ families and friends.


Experience.


I have worked within the Health and Social Care sector since Qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1981. My career has taken me through the pathway of older people’s care as a ward sister in the Acute NHS to being a University Lecturer with the University of Brighton, developing and teaching the degree in Gerontology programme. In the later years of my NHS career, I worked as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute Hospital Trust and Professional Head of Nursing within an NHS Mental Health Trust. On leaving the NHS, I came to the independent sector and have been a CQC Registered Manager for the past 14 years.

I have been married for 45 years and have very grown-up children! I have very eclectic hobbies including baking, pickling, reading, writing poetry, and playing my X-Box; I also enjoy Star Wars, Sci-Fi and fantasy. Never enough hours in the day!

I joined Earlsfield Court in April 2020 as a recruitment administrator and went on to become the home administrator, I took a year out to spend more time with my son and I am lucky enough to have been able to return to Earlsfield. My role is very varied, no two days are the same and I really enjoy the variety of the role. My favourite part is building relationships with our residents and their relatives, I love hearing about people’s history.

Before joining Cinnamon Care Collection I spent 10 years working for a builder's merchant, 8 of those in Accounts and 2 years as an HR officer, I studied HR at college and gained my level 3 CIPD qualification, I also studied and passed my bookkeeping level 2 and AAT computerised accounting.

Sue Hines

Job Title: Activities Coordinator

WHAT I DO:
I’m the Earlsfield Court Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator, my role is to bring daily activities to the residents, promoting socialising and fun activities that promote positivity of the mind and movement of the body.


MY EXPERIENCE:
I come from a background in hospitality over many years, but in recent years, I have worked as a coordinator of activities here at Earlsfield Court.


ABOUT ME:
I’m a proud mum of three children and have three wonderful grandchildren, whom I love spending time with.

Kevin

Kevin Kelly

Job Title: Maintenance Manager Joined: 2021

What I do:
I joined Earlsfield Court in March 2021 as a Maintenance Manager.
My role is varied and I am enjoying the everyday tasks. I have a great working environment and am proud to be part of the team that works for Cinnamon Care.


My experience:
Prior to joining Earlsfield Court, I spent many years working as a Panel beater and sprayer in garages in my home country of Ireland and here in England. I then moved on to building trading, eventually becoming a Maintenance Manager for Park Holidays.


About me:
I moved from Ireland in 1986. I met my wife in 1998 and settled in Bexhill. We have two children 22 and 15. I enjoy socialising with friends and family in my spare time.

Jennifer

Jennifer Sivyer

Job Title: Head of Housekeeping Joined: 2020

What I do:
I joined Earlsfield Court in July 2021. My role is to keep Earlsfield Court looking lovely and inviting for our residents and visitors maintaining high standards that go above and beyond expectations.


Experience:
I have over 10 years of experience as a Head Housekeeping in the care sector working in a variety of different Care/Nursing settings. I previously gained my Hospitality & Supervision & Leadership (HSL) qualification which gave me the opportunity to join the team here at Earlsfield Court, I am lucky to work here and look forward to coming to work every day.


About Me:
I feel the staff and residents are my family after losing my Husband they have been there to support me when needed and I will always support them in return. When not at work I love walking and looking for the wild Deer all around where I live.

Jane

Jane Quicke

Job Title: Care Assistant Joined: 2022

What I do:
My role is to look after our residents support them with personnel care and build caring relationships and promote their independence and well-being.


Experience:
I have worked in care for over 5 years mainly as a care assistant but also have worked in the community. Before that, I worked in customer service for over 18 years in Asda.


About me:
When not at work I enjoy socialising with friends and a good game of Bingo. I enjoy sports (watching not participating) and being with my family.
