I was in your wonderful Watermeadow for 1 week, respite care following an operation. Everything was first class service, my room, food, the care, laundry excellent. I enjoyed my stay immensely and decided to return as a volunteer which I have been doing now for about 2 years and I thoroughly enjoy chatting to the lovely residents and staff.

My husband had his first respite stay which allowed me a much needed break. We had met with some of the staff beforehand and any anxiety I felt soon disappeared. I cannot speak highly enough of the management and carers, they just seem to understand exactly how I felt and the needs of my husband. They were so welcoming to both of us. The home is beautiful, it is a lovely environment. My husband easily settled into his stay and he was wonderfully cared for, he enjoyed the food and activities and I knew he was safe, this allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my holiday.

Having recently visited my Uncle at Watermeadow Grange I was so pleased to see how happpy and well cared for he was. I cannot fault the staff who were attentive at all times and nothing was too much trouble. The home is spotlessly clean and the facilities are fantastic.

My father was in Watermeadow Grange from July 2024 until his death in May 2026.
Myself & my family have been exceptionally happy with my dad's care there and how friendly and accommodating the staff have been. They have a fabulous team starting with Sam in front desk to Victoria, Deputy and Team Leaders Gemma & Porsha plus many fabulous carers. He himself seemed very happy there and felt loved & taken care of.

I highly recommend this Home.

Our Dad is new to Watermeadow Grange but we have noticed how much happier he is here than in other residential homes he has stayed in previously for respite care.

It feels luxurious, the communal areas are delightful, clean and comfortable and honestly it feels like a lovely hotel rather than a care home. The biggest thing for us is the peace and quiet in each room, there are no alarms going off (I believe that the care professionals have personal silent alarms where they can see if someone needs them), the atmosphere is calm and respectful and it smells great everywhere. The staff have been so helpful and kind too and really try to get to know the residents as capable people who have much to offer, which they all still do. Also they go out of their way to help people settle in and make the room feel like their own. I am so impressed by everything so far, thank you for all you do.

Having stayed for seven weeks earlier in the year, I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided this was going to be my home. I had a very comfortable house's in Taunton with my niece and her husband. We viewed it together, but I could see what the perfect place for me was here in Watermeadow Grange. I couldn't be happier.

Watermeadow Grange has surpassed our expectations in all areas. The staff cannot have been more efficient, helpful, friendly and kind. The admission process for my father was excellent - everything was made simple and clear and the staff displayed empathy and kindness to our situation. My father is very well - looked after by enthusiastic and cheerful people, with plent of activities and new friends. Thank you.

Due to and accident resulting in a fractured vertebrae and horrendous pain I signed in to the home for 2 weeks care. During this time I rarely moved from my delightful room. Following a review, further care was needed, so I stayed for another 4 weeks enjoying the many activities, and in the company of friends, we could meet in the various lounges. Most importantly, I made some new interesting friendships and hope to return to visit them. The friendly ambiance of staff and others made it a very enjoyable stay.

I chose Watermeadow Grange because of the care the staff took in visiting my home and assessing my needs beforehand. Other care homes simply offered a place on the phone. The care I received was exemplary and the patience of the staff much appreciated. The opportunity to give feedback on the menus and food generally was welcome and the fact that suggestions were acted on valued. The range of activities is excellent. WMG is a "home from home" all wonderful. I felt safe. Thank you.
