From the moment I walked in I was treated so well, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful (as all there are but she was my first contact)
We were in urgent need of respite care and the team bent over backwards to fit in with our limited time frame.
Earlsfield Court is a little community, the staff are so caring and attentive. Mum has severe sight impairment and so they got her little things to help, like stickers on her door so she could find her way back to her room..
The food is amazing, the daily activities well planned, it's beautifully decorated, lovely gardens and comfortable but most importantly - safety is a top priority here.
Mum never wanted to go into residential care, this was temporary respite but she loved it so much she asked to stay, that says it all to me!
(And many visitors have said they would move in if they could )
Hats off too to the admissions team, so personable, always willing to help & they arrange great community events too

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the home. Its a pleasure to have mum as part of our Earlsfield Family and to welcome you and your family when you visit and support our community events. I will pass on your feedback to the team.
