WELL DONE to all staff at the home (in whatever role they do) the atmosphere is calm but fun for the residents with care running through the heart of all they do.

From the very first enquiry, the response and service has been first rate. The warm and relaxed atmosphere makes for a very welcoming environment. All the staff have been exceptional and very helpful and the events programme was great - very varied and friendly. The food has been excellent with a great choice. All in all it has been a very enjoyable experience - thank you for looking after my mother so well.

Oakley Grange is an amazing place. Everyone is so kind and caring. My mum and dad were living in another care home which I wasn't happy with. It was a hard decision to move them but once I had moved them I was delighted. The care is exceptional and I feel supported by the staff who look after my mum and dad, and I also feel part of the Oakley community.

Not only is Oakley Grange an exceptional facility but most importantly the positive, pro-active and caring culture which is evident across all of the staff from maintenance team through care team, catering & management. They invest time & effort to get to really know each resident. You are always greeted wtih a warm smile & genuine enthusiasm. It is evident they take great pride in their work. Since moving in my mum has received fantastic care & I receive pro-active updates from the care staff. The facilities could not be more lovely.

Mum stayed for two weeks respite whilst I, her daughter and carer, had surgery which meant I couldn't help her temporarily. It was a big step at age 91 to be alone in a new environment with unfamiliar people, new routines, etc., but total support was promised and delivered. Not only did they provide food, safety, healthcare, etc., but they took an active in her and learned how best to meet her individual needs. I witnessed first hand their wrap-around care for mum and how they treated residents and colleagues with respect and dignity. I saw the warm smiles that weren't put on just for me, I saw the reassuring hand on the shoulders of residents, I felt the genuine warmth from every member of staff, The team at Oakley Grange certainly know how to connect with people. They all display a "can-do" attitude and regularly go above and beyond for individuals. Mum and I feel that Oakley have an exemplary team. Thank you!

I arrived at Oakley Grange following a serious fall, resulting in a gractured collar bone. My reception was very professional and my first impressions were of entering a 5-star hotel. A bouquet of fresh flowers had been placed in my room and I was given every assistance to settle into my delightful accommodation, by kind and courteous staff (all clearly well trained). My one week of respite care has enabled me to recover sufficiently to return home and look after myself. My thanks to all.

Thanks so much to the incredible staff at Oakley looking after my father. It's not his first respite since having dementia but at Oakley we know he is content and living in luxury, a huge weight off our minds.

The staff are exceptional, friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always took time to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend Oakley Grange for a respite stay.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law arrived at the beginning of September. They have settled in well and the care they have received is amazing care from the carers. All of the carers look after them, going beyond with massaging sore limbs, making coffee, shampooing and blow-drying hair. We as a family feel reassured by how happy and settled they are.

My mum recently had a stay at Oakley Grange. She loved it and had a very positive experience. Amazing food, wonderful carers and staff. This changed what I thought about care homes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Visiting for the first time, the home is conveniently located and is extremely impressive.

We've always had a friendly welcome at Oaklands. I truly believe my father-in-law is very well looked after and the team look after the residents.

The staff at Oakley Grange Care, sounds basic but from the first person to greet you to the last on your way out you are treated like a friend. Nothing is too much for these wonderful people. The personal care is calm and reassuring, the social activities are great and the range of food and drinks on offer are superb.
