I feel confident that my mother is safe and well cared for, as her needs are changing. Staff will quickly adapt to manage this. It took her a while to settle, having previously been living independently. The facilities are great, including a lovely garden. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend Parkfield Grange. Since our first meeting with Emily and our show around, we got the sense that they would really take the time to understand and adapt to my Dad as a person and also his needs. We have not been disappointed in this regard and feel he has really come a long way
since being here; both in terms of enjoyment, integration and anxiety levels. It has been of great peace of mind to our family to know that he has been so well looked after. We are only moving him now due to the need for more out-of-home activity.
Reply from Emily Hocking, Home Admissions Advisor at Parkfield GrangeThank you so much for your lovely review. It means a great deal to all of us at Parkfield Grange. From the moment we met you and your dad, we wanted to truly understand his needs and personality, so it's wonderful to hear that you felt supported and that he has grown in confidence, enjoyment, and connection during his time with us. It was a pleasure to support your father as well as you as a family, and we wish your dad every happiness in this next chapter. Please know he will always be warmly thought of here.

We have had a parent at Sutton Park Grange for 18 months now and are completely delighted with the way our parent is cared for there. The home is spotless, bright and comfortable with spacious rooms for all the residents. We love the garden, the coffee bar and the different lounges as well as the stylish
and comfortable bedrooms. The food is varied and plentiful. All the facilities are excellent but it is the staff who make this Home so special. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They treat all the residents with care, humour and respect and know them so well. We see the same familiar faces on all our visits and they help us as a family as well in many ways. There are plenty of varied activities for residents to take part in and all wants and needs are attended to in a caring and calm way. We recommend SPG unreservedly.

Nothing is ever too much trouble at Sutton Park Grange.. and that attitude is embraced by every staff member from every department.
Dad has been resident coming up to 2 years now, we did not expect it to be this long. It's such a massive thing losing your house, independence and the majority of what
you've spent your life working for.
But he calls SPG his home. That is worth a million dollars. He is treated with the utmost respect and dignity at all times. ( even when he might be mumbling/ grumbling, a challenging side to his dementia)
I cannot fault fault anything at SPG, it is truly 5*

Dad has lived at Sutton Park Grange for over 18 months now and has always been treated with care and respect.
The property is maintained to a high standard and has a great family atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in.
Dad is encouraged to engage in a range
of activities that help him keep active and mobile.
As a family, we have had help throughout, with advice on supporting both Dad and ourselves in relation to
some of the challenges his progressing dementia presents.
I have completed faith that Dad is in a comfortable, caring and professional environment which gives me peace of mind.

Dad has been at Sutton Park Grange for over a year and we cannot fault the care he has been given.
His diagnosis and developing health & care needs have been communicated and responded to with warmth, appropriate humour and professionalism by all the staff and management.
The facilities are beautiful,
well maintained and spotless, he has regained lost weight with a well balanced and tasty menu and the activities provided have restored and maintained his mobility as much as possible.
Although his condition has understandably progressed whilst at SPG he has been encouraged to participate in activities, daily discussions and wellbeing one-to-ones.
The best thing about SPG is that it gives us complete peace of mind that Dad is OK!

I felt at home as soon as I arrived for 8 days respite care.the reception I received was very warm with Karen and other staff making me feel welcome. All the staff I saw during my stay seemed very well trained to make me feel comfortable. The food was exceptional with the choice of menus remarkable.
There is a daily choice of activities which I found satisfying but not strenuous.. a lot of thought has obviously been given to the management of this care home. It has 5 star rating in my book and no doubt I will calling again ! Thank you . Dennis.

I am delighted with how well my Mum & Dad have settled in to Sutton Park Grange. They have been there just over 4 weeks now and I've been so impressed with the way the staff have gone out of their way to address my parents' needs and to make them feel welcome and valued. My aunt was repatriated to UK after an accident on a cruiseship. Arriving at Parkfield Grange she was very weak, barely walking and lost all confidence. From the moment we arrived at P.G we were welcomed as family. Nothing was too much trouble and although her stay has been short (2 weeks) every member
of staff has treated her as a relative. She has been so well looked after that she is returning to her home almost back to full strength. This was the best decision we made and would not hesitate to encourage her to return if she needed support. Brilliant!!
Reply from Emily Hocking, Home Admissions Advisor at Parkfield GrangeThank you so much for sharing your aunt's story. I can't rate Sutton Park Grange highly enough. Although my sister and I were very sad to have to move Dad into a care home it is now a big relief that he is well looked after. He is clean and tidy, has gained weight and settled in well.
The home is like a hotel, and smells fresh, but it is the staff
who make it extra special. They treat Dad as an individual, with kindness and compassion, going out of their way to help him feel okay. For example, when Dad received a dementia diagnosis and needed to move up to the first floor for more appropriate care, the staff moved him to a room with the same layout as he was used to, so that he wouldn't feel disorientated. Staff seem to genuinely care about Dad and how he's feeling.
The atmosphere is positive, friendly and cheerful with a wide range of activities going on. I've also been impressed with the way staff communicate with me and my sister, involving us in reviewing Dad's care plan, and inviting feedback.
Reply from Karen Handley, Home Admissions Advisor at Sutton Park GrangeThank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. It's wonderful to hear that Dad has settled in well and is comfortable, clean, and thriving - that is exactly what we strive for. We're especially pleased that you've felt supported and involved throughout the journey; keeping families connected and informed is so important to us.Your kind words about our team mean the world. Our staff work hard to treat each resident as the unique individual they are, and your example about Dad's move upstairs shows just how much they care about the little details that make a big difference.Thank you again for your trust, support and lovely feedback. My mum moved in around the middle of April. She was anxious about leaving her home and moving somewhere new but she couldn't be in a better place.
Sutton Grange is more like a hotel than a care home. It looks and smells good and the staff are all really lovely.
My mum has always been very creative
and a good cook so for her to now have activities to do and quality meals again is great to see.
The people running the activities are lovely - often checking if mum wants to join in and knowing her name from the start. It means a lot. I appreciate being sent the activity schedule each week too.
Thank you to everyone there. We feel like our mum is safe and well looked after.

The prospect of finding the right Care Home for an elderly relative can be daunting but Sutton Park Grange allays all fears. Initial enquiries led to a very warm welcome and a full tour and explanation of all facilities and wide-ranging socially-based activities with tailored support available around
the unique needs of every individual. Our relative was, understandably, apprehensive leaving her life-long home to respite, initially. However the wide-spread friendly and caring support alongside the positive interaction with other residents and a first class staff team overcame any doubts to the extent that our elderly Aunt announced she was becoming a permanent resident and hasn't looked back! To find her well-looked after and in fits of giggles with other residents when we visit is heart-warming. If you need a 24/7 support service for a relative in a modern setting with wonderful facilities and a supportive community, then look no further than Sutton Park Grange.

Seeing our residents build friendships, enjoy daily laughter, and feel genuinely at home is exactly what we strive for.Your kind words about our team and the support we provide mean the world to us and we will be sure to pass that onto our team as it's feedback like this that motivates them every day and reassures families who are looking for care.

Making the decision to look for a care home for mom was probably one of the hardest things my sister and I have had to do. Sutton Park Grange was the first on our list to visit. From the moment we entered the home we were both so impressed with the atmosphere the staff and the facilities. Sitting talking
with a team member although emotional gave us lots of insight especially regarding their knowledge in dementia care but being the first home we wanted to have a look at a few others to make an informed choice. Nothing else came close. Moving mom in was traumatic but we were all so supported by every member of the team each day became that bit easier. We took advice on when to visit, what to bring and how to behave without this I am not sure what we would have done. Mom is now unrecognisable she has made friends, looks so healthy, takes part in numerous activities and seems to have settled really well. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of our mom.

Truly outstanding care received by my mother for over 3 1/2 years. It is a wonderful home with great facilities but most importantly, the Carers and everyone who works there are totally professional, extremely caring, compassionate and respectful. My mother was looked after so well and she really
