My father came to the home for a respite stay following a difficult spell in hospital. He arrived in a fairly poor state but within days he was looking much better. He viewed his stay as a necessary evil and was reluctant to participate in any of the activities on offer but there were plenty of opportunities, staff encouraged him to participate and sometimes succeeded. He was able to go home after two weeks and was much more mobile than when he arrived. From a family perspective the care was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming to him and to all of the family. The home was spotless, the food was good and the staff lovely. This was our first experience of respite care and it was very positive. We wouldn't hesitate to use Sutton Park Grange again.

We have had a parent at Sutton Park Grange for 18 months now and are completely delighted with the way our parent is cared for there. The home is spotless, bright and comfortable with spacious rooms for all the residents. We love the garden, the coffee bar and the different lounges as well as the stylish and comfortable bedrooms. The food is varied and plentiful. All the facilities are excellent but it is the staff who make this Home so special. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They treat all the residents with care, humour and respect and know them so well. We see the same familiar faces on all our visits and they help us as a family as well in many ways. There are plenty of varied activities for residents to take part in and all wants and needs are attended to in a caring and calm way. We recommend SPG unreservedly.

The prospect of finding the right Care Home for an elderly relative can be daunting but Sutton Park Grange allays all fears. Initial enquiries led to a very warm welcome and a full tour and explanation of all facilities and wide-ranging socially-based activities with tailored support available around the unique needs of every individual. Our relative was, understandably, apprehensive leaving her life-long home to respite, initially. However the wide-spread friendly and caring support alongside the positive interaction with other residents and a first class staff team overcame any doubts to the extent that our elderly Aunt announced she was becoming a permanent resident and hasn't looked back! To find her well-looked after and in fits of giggles with other residents when we visit is heart-warming. Making the decision to look for a care home for mom was probably one of the hardest things my sister and I have had to do. Sutton Park Grange was the first on our list to visit. From the moment we entered the home we were both so impressed with the atmosphere the staff and the facilities. Sitting talking with a team member although emotional gave us lots of insight especially regarding their knowledge in dementia care but being the first home we wanted to have a look at a few others to make an informed choice. Nothing else came close. Moving mom in was traumatic but we were all so supported by every member of the team each day became that bit easier. We took advice on when to visit, what to bring and how to behave without this I am not sure what we would have done. Mom is now unrecognisable she has made friends, looks so healthy, takes part in numerous activities and seems to have settled really well. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of our mom.

As the Home Admission Advisor, I am the main point of contact for new residents and their families. I guide and support them through the decision process of choosing a care home by providing them with information on the choice of our care options, facilities and the expertise of our team. My Experience
My career began in finance, where I progressed from Team Manager roles in large brokers and lenders to Operations Manager at GE Money. Although I’m a qualified Mortgage Advisor, I later transitioned into the care sector following the financial crash. I discovered a real passion for the care industry while supporting families in a pre-opening care home, and since then I’ve worked with several healthcare providers, guiding and supporting families during what is often an emotional and challenging journey.
About Me
Outside of work, I have a love for music, especially live events. I enjoy everything from open-air concerts to tribute nights at the local pub, with my main wish being able to get tickets for the Glastonbury Festival! I also enjoy art exhibitions, flower shows such as the Chelsea Flower Show, and simple pleasures like coffee and catch-ups with friends or quality time with family.
