As a Resident Service Advisor, my role is to guide and assist all new enquiries and admissions at Eden Court. As the first point of call, I am responsible for showcasing the Retirement Village to all our prospective residents as well as being there to answer any questions they may have surrounding Eden Court. I started in care in 2018, where I worked as an Activity and Events Manager. I love being around residents and supporting their social needs. I became aware that one of the key times residents need the most support is when they are transitioning from their home to care. In 2021, I started working as a Residents Service Advisor, and I have never looked back.
