My daughter always enjoys her time at 101 Brook Street Care Home, we are confident that her needs and wants are catered for. She is smiling on arrival and smiling when we collect her. She has her favourite staff members but all of the staff are kind.

They seek to cater for his needs and we are grateful for this facility. It took him quite a while to settle as he is very much a home bird but the staff adjusted to his needs and were very accommodating.

It was the first time for my daughter to stay there and she was supposed to go to the nearest one but they didn’t have a space. So she went to this place because I had surgery and the social service booked her there for two weeks and sure I was...
I asked her where do you like more, the place she used to go when she was child or the one the new one she said this one. I was so happy and called the manager, and said to the staff too, thank you so much. I can look after my health after my surgery and the recovery time while my daughter is looked after as well. Also, what I loved about the place it was very clean and the lounge was so modern and colourful and clean. I feel like she was at home
