I would absolutely recommend The Chiswick Nursing Centre for anyone that might need carer respite or anyone looking to make this a choice of residence. The staff are lovely and really understand the need to make a home away from home environment. The centre has weekly hairdressing services which ensure my mum feels she's being pampered and looking her best and the range of activities with the coordinators is brilliant.
The one thing that stood out for me was the adaptability and catering to meet specific needs. Natalie in particular is a total asset to the home and has made sure any issues have been addressed and resolved immediately and if we've requested something in particular - this has been delivered.

My mum has settled in well and looks forward to her stays at the centre.

Our mother has just moved to CNC and so far we have been extremely happy with the experience. The team has been great at communicating, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we have had. Everyone we have met has been kind and helpful, especially the nursing and caring staff on her floor. They have encouraged us to bring our mum's belongings and furniture and want to make her as comfortable as possible. They also have a busy schedule of activities for the residents if they wish to partake and we love that there's outdoor space. We look forward to our mum settling in and spending more time at the home.

My father was discharged from hospital to begin the final chapter of his life at Chiswick Nursing Centre. What was a very difficult time was made so much easier by the enormous support and help by the staff at CNC. It has been 2 weeks since my father has been there and I haven't seen him this happy in a long time. The level of care he has received has also given him a spring in his step that I thought I would never see again. The nurses, carers and administrative staff are genuinely the kindest people I have had the privilege to meet. They are angels.

Our mother is in Belgravia and has been there since August last year. Not an easy transition as she would rather be in her own home with her dogs and unfortunately this is not possible. The staff at Chiswick Nursing Home have been kind, supporting, considerate, friendly and humorous with her. And our mother has never suggested the staff have been anything but caring.

It's now been three months since my wife became a resident at the Chiswick Nursing Centre, and I must say I am consistently impressed with the level of care she's receiving there. The staff are exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, and the centre's management is consistently excellent with its high hygiene standards. I would suggest that the food provision could be improved, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this centre.

Many thanks to all your staff for looking after our mother during her 3 weeks of respite care. Her stay was very comfortable and the daily fisio services really helped her to improve her walking following her hip surgery. All her medical needs were looked after in a very satisfactory manner and the nurses and staff gave us complete updates as and when required. Many thanks again.

We would like to say a huge thank you for the brilliant care our mother received over the 4 weeks of respite.

Firstly, Tanya was so welcoming and accommodating with the wheelchair which Rob returned this evening.

Thank you for allowing us to borrow it.

Your staff were amazing & looked after our mum so well.

They were all so friendly, caring & patient.

Our mum enjoyed the food too.

Your staff were very much in touch with my brother Rob & I at times checking in with us to ensure that mum was happy.

They would inform us of how she was & what she ate whenever I enquired.

Absolutely first class care from Shalit, Ancy, Agnes, Reshmi, Dinah, Mohammed, Romak, Christina, Francesca, Hamida & Juliana to name but a few..

Apologies if I've missed anyone off.

Please pass on our praise to your wonderful staff who are all an absolute credit to your organisation.

Thank you again.

I stayed at the Chiswick for three weeks following open heart surgery and found the support and care I received there hugely beneficial in progressing the healing process and enabling me to resume looking after myself. Highly recommended. The staff are most helpful, the nursing care is very professional and it was a pleasure to meet those of my fellow residents who were sufficiently mobile to share mealtimes in the dining room.

I attended The Chiswick Nursing Centre from June to mid-August 2025, for convalescent care and physiotherapy following a spell in hospital. The care and facilities were outstanding and the physiotherapy has been transformative, enabling me to go home in good shape to face the next phase of my recovery. The staff have been, without exception, excellent and sympathetic in caring for me, and for the other residents. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone looking for short-term convalescent or for long-term care.

We had our mother who is 94 transferred to the Chiswick Nursing Hone after recovering from a broken femur operation. She arrived in a lot of pain, relying on the wonderful nursing staff for everything. She was still taken painkillers at least 4 times a day.

The next day she started physiotherapy and given daily exercises to do . At first she found it hard work and very tiring . After 3 weeks she could feel the pain was not so severe and her painkillers was reduced. The food provided was very plentiful, a good variety and freshly cooked everyday. As she wanted to get back her independence she decided to stay another month and by the end she was able to walk by herself with the aid of a frame or walking stick and pain free. I can honestly say if you need some care and physio this is the place to come for however long you require. It also gives your loved ones peace of mind knowing that you are well taken care of.

I arrived from hospital on 12/5/25 having had knee surgery. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable adjustable bed. Bathroom also plenty of room for crutches with raised toilet seat and chair for washing provided.
The care staff were all extremely helpful and a nurse on duty at night very reassuring
Food also good with a wide choice and tea coffee and biscuits always available. The physiotherapy worked well with use of a small gym. My only reservation as I discussed with the office was the difficulty of obtaining enough ice for reducing inflammation in my knee, and although there was some made available it was not always enough. I suggested a Cryo cuff would be a good addition to the treatment available.

All in all I was extremely happy with my rehabilitation at the Centre and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of facility in the future.

I spent a week in the rehabilitation/convalescent Balmoral Suite following a hip replacement op. All the staff were reassuring (especially in the few days after I arrived), friendly, helpful and caring and nothing was too much trouble. The daily physio was gentle but challenging.and beneficial. A really positive experience - I would recommend to anyone in a similar position.

I was delighted when I learnt that the nursing home had a vacancy in December 2024 and that my partner would leave hospital and become a resident. The nursing home was chosen, by recommendation, for its level of nursing care and support, as well as its physiotherapy. It is above all the physiotherapy which has ensured excellent progress towards my partner's complete mobility. For that reason I have awarded the nursing home 'good' for value for money, although I am aware of an imminent increase in the residential fee by 8.5%. The food needs to improve.

I spent nearly 3 months in Chiswick Nursing Centre. I was there due to having major surgery on my foot which meant I could not weight bear n my right foot for 9 weeks then had to start partial weight bearing.
The care was excellent, any issues were quickly responded to generally and they adapted to what I needed as I improved.
It was a godsend having access to physiotherapy as this meant I was able to maintain my muscle mass and I am sure was the reason I am now able to be at home and caring for myself.

The only reason I gave activites a don't know was because I was much younger than other residents (by around 30 years!) so did not engage in them.

I recently spent two weeks at Chiswick Nursing Centre following a knee replacement operation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. The nursing staff were amazing and professional, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my stay. The help from the care team was equally fantastic, always positive and encouraging, which made a real difference to my recovery. A special mention goes to the physiotherapist whose expertise and encouragement played a huge role in helping me get back on my feet. Overall, the support I received was second to none, and I'm very grateful for the outstanding care provided by everyone at the centre.

My mother needed temporary, respite care while her home was undergoing building works. She is 91, had had a recent hip operation and has dementia. The care home were wonderful in looking after her, providing regular physio sessions, and support when required. The standard of food, both for her and her visitors, was excellent, and varied as required. All the nursing and support staff were very friendly and attentive. There were regular events and entertainment organised, which my mother much enjoyed, and was an added bonus for us. She made a number of friends there, whom she will miss. Overall, we were delighted with the service from The Chiswick Nursing Centre and would both recommend it, and return if needed.
