Thank you for your kind review.
It has been a pleasure to have you stay with us and to see you making such positive progress towards good health.
Dear Mr A.
I am sorry that your persistent and challenging behaviour has led to our need to formally evict you from the nursing centre. That said, I do not believe that your eviction should be cause for inaccurate or misleading reviews via this website. I trust that anyone reading your review will take it with a measure of understanding that your situation is quite complex.
You will be aware that we have been in constant discussion with your social work team and other healthcare professionals to try and meet your needs, but that your behaviour towards staff and others has left us with no option other than to conclude that your needs cannot be safely met at the Nursing Centre.
Many thanks for your review, which is much appreciated.
As discussed when your mother moved into our care, it is understandable that she would have wanted care from female care staff and that was easily resolved as soon as we understood her wishes in that respect.
Your mother was a pleasure to care for.
Thank you for your kind review.
I am pleased to confirm that we now have plenty of hot flowing water. I am glad that the staff team were able to assist during the problem we had with a broken boiler.
Thank you for your kind comments.
I am glad that our service has met your expectations.
Dear Thomas,
Many thanks for your review. I am pleased that we have been able to provide what your father requires and to help in supporting you and your family overall.
It is regrettable that such a negative view of our Centre and the care of one of our residents is still held by you, especially given the time and effort that was given at the time, to address any concerns with you.
Our NHS partners who commissioned the care have also been committed to seek resolutions to your complaints which were always thoroughly looked into and responded to. We have provided evidence to the authorities of what we believe was good care and your concerns have not been substantiated by them at this time.
The Senior Management team are also committed to provide the highest standards of care to each of our residents and are sorry that they have not met your expectations in this placement.
They are always keen to seek ways to improve the level of service and will be discussing the findings from the ongoing review in order to establish if any improvements can be made in the lessons learned from their experience with you.
Thank You for your review. Your comments regards food presentation are noted and being addressed. As you will know, we have discussed the buzzer and its operation several times already and I have reassured you that it is fully operational and working - we monitor response times and can confirm that those are within the expected levels.
I am glad to see that the recruitment of a Suite Lead Nurse has made a positive difference to your Mothers care.
I am sorry to read your review of the service that your friend received.
It is vastly at odds with her own description when I contacted and met with her to understand her plans to leave. She was very complimentary about the Physiotherapy service and the physiotherapist.
I am very happy to speak again with our service user, and sorry that your own view from a brief visit was not one that would expect you to have gained.
Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your positive experience of The Chiswick with others.
Thank you for your kind review of The Chiswick Nursing Centre. I am pleased that we were able to help and support your needs at this time. Your point with regards to room modernisation is noted and we just await the lifting of covid restrictions that will enable our contractors to attend and address those issues. Steve Winter, Centre Director. The Chiswick Nursing Centre.
Thank you for your positive review. I am pleased to reply that our turnover of carers is much improved across the last 8 months and that we now have good continuity of care. This definitely helps with the issues that your review described.
