It was discussed before that Barchester have a strict infection control and have an appropriate environment to carry out an activity taking consideration the health condition, well-being and individual preferences of residents. I have come into contact with many individuals who have willingly shared their life experiences and wisdom. This has reinforced my sense of duty and heightened my level of respect for our elders.
My passion is person-centred care. I truly believe in the values of responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing what we can do for others. I love to see my residents happy with full smiles on their faces, content and having a quality of life whilst in our care.

I worked as a carer from 2010 and then qualified as an RGN in 2013. I have always worked in Dementia Care through a number of different settings including hospitals and other care homes.
I started working at Alice Grange in 2020 and I love it here. Barchester care homes have much better facilities and people than many other settings. The management and staff here work really well together and it means this is a brilliant home to work in.

Hi, my name is Keith Whatmore, I am the Head of Maintenance at Alice Grange. My role is to ensure that the home is always in tiptop condition.
