Hallmark Resident is Sky High thanks to Red Arrows

Aeroplane fanatic, George Randell of Tuxford Manor care home, is feeling on top of the world after his wish to see the Red Arrows was granted.

George, aged seventy nine, has been keen on planes since he was a youngster and had always dreamed of going to see a Red Arrows display. Recently, his dream came true when the Hallmark Healthcare team at Tuxford Manor made arrangements for George to enjoy the Red Arrows spectacular at RAF Scampton in the company of Senior Carer, Joe Robson.

Linda Sumner, Home Manager at Tuxford Manor, said: “we do our very best to help residents fulfil their dreams and ambitions. When we heard that our Managing Director, Avnish Goyal, had won a bid at a charity auction for the Red Arrow display we asked if he would donate it to George – and he did!”

Following the incredible experience George remarked: “It was a truly fantastic day and a real dream come true for me. I am so happy to have seen the Red Arrows display in person and it is something I will remember for the rest of my life”.
