New manager brings a modern touch to Norfolk care home

Leading care home provider Healthcare Homes has appointed a new manager at its prestigious ‘The Manor House’ care home in North Walsham, Norfolk.

Stepping up to the role is Emma Bye, who with her 10 years industry experience within the care sector, will bring a wealth of knowledge to the managerial position.

Emma, from Aylsham, is local to the area and is already overseeing the home’s modernisation programme, including getting involved with a little interior design. She said: “The role at The Manor House is incredibly varied and I am enjoying the chance to supervise the current redecoration project which will be beneficial for residents and staff alike.

“Many of the staff have been participating in the project by suggesting creative design ideas, which has been really helpful and I’m thrilled to be managing such a committed team.

“This job role is a great opportunity to progress my career and be a part of the reputable and growing Healthcare Homes establishment.”

The Manor House, owned and managed by the Healthcare Homes Group, is located within 18 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland. The home accommodates 50 beds for the elderly and specialises in residential care.
