Pensioners forced apart by the NHS after home refuses to release husband into wife's care

The wife of an elderly man in need of 24-hour care has had to hire a solicitor in order to fight to care for him, having been heartbroken by an NHS decision not to allow him to return home, despite criticisms from a local MP who also feels the decision to be insensitive.
