William Woodford died after television fire at Kitnocks House

An inquest into the death of a Kitnocks House Nursing Home resident has ruled that carbon monoxide poisoning was to blame for the tragedy, which filled the room after a television caught fire before staff found they had been cut off from reaching him because of a fire door.
