Meditelle's Multipurpose Joslin Chair

Meditelle equipment are pleased to announce the design of a new therapy chair for medical/nursing procedures and holistic treatment’s. Designed and produced in response to the popularity of their Beautelle Chatsworth Therapy Chair the new Joslin Treatment Chair provides a versatile option within the Meditelle range of healthcare equipment.

One of the recent Care Home clients to use this chair, Belmont House Nursing Home in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, Ireland, have now ordered a second chair to aid their residents therapy treatments. Belmont has a holistic approach to the care of their residents and offer many therapies including Chiropody, Reiki plus occupational therapies, which can all be carried out on the multipurpose and adaptable Joslin chair.

The Joslin Chair offers great flexibility and features as standard an electronic height operation by remote control plus power assisted back and foot section controls to provide smooth and swift adjustment for both the client and user. The seat section has a fixed tilt of 10° making it most comfortable for the elderly client and a retractable wheel base with foot lever control making it very manoeuvrable for the user. The chair features a double layered 2” foam upholstery which has an anti-microbial vinyl covering and can have an additional memory foam layer added for extra comfort. Special sizes can also be manufactured by Meditelle to accommodate small rooms/limited working areas.
