My father moved into Spring Gardens over 3 years ago and I am more than happy with his care. The staff are lovely and I know my father is cared for and have his interests at heart. As its a small home it feels like a real family home and he really is taken care of. I am never worried about my father as I know he is good hands and he seems really happy here. There are all sorts of activities carried out within the home and its lovely to see the pictures of their trips and activities. Its also a central location for the beach to go nice walks with your relative.

My mother has lived in Spring Gardens for almost three years now, and we are very pleased with the care she has received during that time. Mum has dementia, but the staff are well able to manage her condition and respond to her needs positively and constructively, and they treat Mum with affection and respect. The home organises a nice range of activities for the residents, and the food is of a high standard and a good variety. We can visit whenever we want to. The staff are very approachable and happy to discuss our mother and her needs with us. It's a great relief to know that Mum is safe, well cared for and looked after by such a nice group of people.

My mother has been a resident of Viewpark for nearly 4 years now. She has advanced dementia, and as a result of her worsening symptoms, I am so grateful that I moved her there when I did. I can totally relax in the knowledge that I can visit at any time, to find her content, clean, well nourished and being treated with the dignity and respect that any vulnerable adult should expect. I am always contacted if the nursing staff have any concerns whatsoever and they have a very responsive relationship with the local GP practice. My Mum's bedroom is her safe space. Always very clean, her personal possessions looked after, a pleasure to sit with her there. Home cooked food, two hot meals a day and delicious home baking. The activities are varied and stimulating. I'm a Registered District Nurse and Viewpark are the best Nursing Home that I visit in the area. AlI the staff are so caring and patient beyond words. I'm so happy to know that Viewpark will be the last place my Mum will call home.

My husband moved into Spring Gardens in 2021, and we both could not be happier with this move. Most importantly, the care staff are absolutely brilliant. Their kindness to both my husband and myself and the very high standard of care provided have meant that I am never worried about my husband. There are always lots of different activities for him to take part in, the food is home-cooked and of a high standard, and the atmosphere is that of a small family home. The location of the home right beside the sea means that it is easy to go for walks and visit some of the many cafes. I have no hesitation in recommending Spring Gardens. It is an exceptional care home.

My mother had been living in her own flat for many years. She fell and broke a hip last November and needed four carers a day when she came out of hospital, but then fell again - and then was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We were in total despair and didn't know where to turn for help, but luckily found Spring Gardens - and the staff just said, "Don't worry, we can look after your Mum", and they have done and she is thriving.

My father's stay at Viewpark, for the last four months of his life, was wonderful. The care that the staff gave him and the happiness that they gave it with, could not have been greater. I know he felt safe there, which also gave me total peace of mind. He was comfortable and content there. All my family have nothing but praise for the Viewpark staff, and so did Dad, either with words or with his heart.

My mother has been a resident at this care home for over a year now. I'm personally very pleased with my mum's care. She seems to have settled well and joins in with the activities and when asked she has no complaints.

My mother is a resident in Spring Gardens Care Home and has lived here for 3 years. Very happy with the care she has received.
