I am very shocked to read this review and disappointed that the family feel this way about the respite care their father received. Here at Aarandale Lodge we always take pride in our care that we provide here. I do feel that some of the comments made are not accurate and that Dad was very happy here during his stay and was a pleasure to have here. We will always take family's comments on board and we will always try and rectify anything that has been brought to our attention to improve our service here.

Now I am a Registered care home manager, I have completed NVQ 2,3,4 RMA and leadership and management award & graduated from Southend university.
