Each time I visit my partner I am really impressed with the staff who not only are caring for my partner so well but who are so kind to me. They are cheerful and always on hand when one of the residents is in need of their help.

My mum goes to Bayith for day care and the team is amazing, the manager is really friendly and the care staff make time to get to know people. Mum is happy and really looks forward to her visits to Bayith and it gives me and my family peace of mind that shes safe and happy.

I struggle at times to cope to stay long as so upsetting seeing people with this awful disease. But nothing is too much for the lovely staff, one was doing a pedicure, manicure for one lady, I was blown away with the tenderness shown.

You can know that your relative is being cared for and their every need is being met. My mother goes to her day service while she is there so she is not there to take part in activities.

Dad has only been there a couple of months. He has had a few problems with his Dementia, he loves all the staff there and they love him. It is a horrid illness, but the help and care they have given him are brilliant, I cannot fault them in any way. I know he is looked after and safe, he is very dear to us, and even though he has only been there a few months, I feel he is also very dear to the staff there, for which I thank them all very much.
