Amazing staff, everyone feels included. Nothing is to much trouble. Easily contactable for anything. Amazing food. Staff always happy . Couldn't have chosen a better care home. Outings and activities everyday. Can't fault this care home.

The limes are doing a great job of looking after my Nan, she is always well presented and cared for. The staff go above any beyond to make sure her care is to a high standard. Thank you for what you do.

Every aspect of care/health/wellbeing is communicated and discussed with the family, thank goodness we found The Limes.

A very satisfactory 2 weeks respite stay. Social activities very good. Food and service very good. In general it left little to be desired.

My Dad moved into the Limes a few weeks back and he has been so well looked after and welcomed since he moved in! Jo is so considerate and thorough in getting to know his care needs and ensuring that everything is will suited to what suits him best, and that goes for all the staff we've met there too. There are so many activities, at least 2 or 3 really good ones every day run by a wonderful activites team and it's really helped bring out his character and enthusiasm again. It's been a wonderful first impression so far, thank you for all your work into making the Limes such a lovely environment for those in their elder years!

Always greated with a smile by the staff and also they know exactly where residence are,which isn't the case with all care homes.

I found The Limes staff to be professional, kind, considerate, and very attentive to their residents. Visiting the premises was an experience I have never encountered in other places I have been in. The care home is top of the tree and will remain there for a long time to come. Thank you for the care and attention you gave to our family members in your hands.

How blessed we were to find this wonderful home for our dear parents. The staff are the most caring and compassionate I have come across. The daily activities keep everyone involved. The lounge and activity areas are perfect. The care given of end of life care was everything the family could have wished for. Night staff even updating after their long shift. Thank you to all management and staff, without all of them working together it would not have been the same.

Patience is their middle name, and such diplomacy at all times. Quite a remarkable 'care home' - it stands out head and shoulders above the rest.

Absolutely brilliant home. The care and respect ALL the staff show the residents and visitors is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.The activity team are second to none , always something going on for the residents to join in with. The home is clean and tidy .

My mother has been staying at The Limes for several years now. It is a comfortable, welcoming home with a lovely atmosphere. The staff and managers are all kind, caring, and professional, and are very thoughtful in their close attention to the individual needs of residents.

In general the home is excellent, all the staff are devoted to their jobs and very kind to all residents. The attention to detail is most impressive. The activities provided for residents are well-organised. The directors and managers are clearly very interested in the residents in their care by being seen on a daily basis by everyone.

Such kind and thoughtful staff. My mother is treated with love and dignity. The atmosphere at The Limes is always cheerful and calm. My mother has found a kind, loving and secure home here. Many, many thanks to all staff.

My mother went to live in The Limes at the beginning of October. My sister and I had met the manager in September, when we were given a tour of the home, and were very impressed. Mum had a comfortable, attractive room where she was allowed to bring her own furniture and personal belongings. She was made very welcome and it was obvious the staff were caring and competent. Sadly Mum was not well when she went into The Limes, and was given end-of-life care, which was of a very high standard. The staff spent time with her and made sure she was comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend The Limes, a family-run business with a big heart.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept informed. Access to medical care is excellent. Home from home with lots of activities. Management is accessible and very proactive in reviewing care needs and resourcing and supplying equipment as needed.

We were fortunate enough to move Mum to The Limes a year ago from another care home and it was the best decision we have made regarding her care. The Limes is one of those places that you really hope exists for your family member, and when you find it you can't believe your luck. The staff are without doubt the most caring, professional and compassionate group of people who genuinely care about what they do. The Limes is a true "home" in every sense of the word. Communication has also been excellent. Thank you to everyone at The Limes for giving Mum the quality of life she deserves. We cannot thank you enough.
