St Anne's is an excellent carehome, all staff are really caring, polite and helpful. Nothing appears to be to much trouble to them. As a relative I'mkept informed of everythingthat has happenedor is planned for my aunt.

Mum loves the staff who are kind and patient with her. She is checked in on regularly as she rarely joins the communal areas and prefers to keep her own hours. She looks better than she did for several years prior to moving in to St Anne's, and despite being initially angry at being in a care home she is always happy to go in when we return from a trip out and tells me she likes the people there.

Friendly caring staff who work under sometimes very trying situations with care and always in a professional manner. Very homely feeling about the accommodation and social areas. Recently redecorated to a very high standard.

Mum has been at St Anne's for a year now and the staff couldn't be more helpful, professional and the care that mum receives from them is second to none. She is always clean and tidy and happy so she obviously is being looked after well.
