I come to the home weekly to visit my father with dementia.
I find all the staff welcoming, friendly & helpful
The place is always clean & tidy, and so with my father, they all look after him well & fill me in with how he's been keeping.

He couldn't be in better hands.

My sister has been a resident at Enstone House for over a year. She is quite settled and happy, the staff are all very caring, and she is well looked after. My sister cannot do much at all for herself, there is always someone on hand to help with her needs.

My mum has lived at Enstone since 2019. She has thrived since she has been there. The staff are all very caring and kind to mum and I feel that her needs are very well taken care of and you can see how she interacts with the staff that she is happy there. She has recently taken a turn for the worse health wise and is receiving end of life care. Enstone were very happy to provide this for her so she didn't have to stay in hospital. The care she has received in the last couple of weeks at Enstone have been exemplary. You can see that the staff really care about their residents.
Would highly recommend Enstone if you are considering a care home place for a loved one.

The care home manager has always been very supportive and helpful to us. The home does not have a high turnover of staff which is a very good sign of a happy workplace.

My 96-year-old grandmother has been staying at Enstone House since January 2024, she's well looked after and she always praises how good the food is, Enstone house is very quiet compared to lots of other care homes I've visited

The manageress is always very approachable and will look to resolve any situations that arise.

My brother has been a resident at Enstone House for the last 7 months, and I cannot rate it highly enough. Since being at Enstone my brother has stabilised, and this is due to the kind and helpful environment that he is now in. The staff go the extra mile for the residents and are very friendly, thoughtful, supportive, and above all respectful of each individual's needs. Not only have the staff taken excellent care of my brother, they also have extended the same kindness and help to me!

As the Vicar of Enstone it is my privilege to hold regular services for residents of Enstone House. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the residents are well cared for and from my experience treated with respect. I would have no hesitation in considering Enstone House for members of my own family should the need arise.

My grandmother has been at Enstone Care Home for over a year and has received truly exceptional care and support from the wonderful staff there. They take the time to read her the letters she receives and are always on hand to go the extra mile, even going as far as to help choose and supply her outfit for a forthcoming wedding, as well as encouraging her to socialise with the other guests and providing numerous opportunities for excursions out of the home. A special thank you to the manager, who is so wonderfully caring and supportive.

Hasib Rahman
Hasib RahmanJob Title:Registered ManagerJoined: 2026

I started my career in care in 2010, working as a housekeeper and carer in a residential dementia care home. I am gradually developing myself with training, learning and experience. I worked in various care departments, including night manager, duty manager, and unit manager, before becoming a Registered Manager in March 2019.

In the 7 years that followed, I have managed six care homes in five counties in the UK. I have managed care homes' turnaround from an inadequate to a good rating.

I am passionate about providing care in a person-centred way, and the need to build positive work in partnership with our residents, their families, our team, local professionals and advocates to achieve the best possible care and outcomes for individuals living in our home, and I am particularly excited about the opportunity to manage a home.
