On each and every arrival to visit Mum we are welcomed and greeted by a member of staff. They always inform us of how Mum has been and then take us to where is in the building. We have always found Mum looking clean, tidy and looking smart. The staff are always talking and engaging with Mum in an empathic way and never talk over her. Even though the home is going through changes this hasn't effected Mum in anyway and she even told us what was going on! With that staffs wramth, entusiasm and all round empathy for Mum we are extremely happy with her care. My sister has been a resident at Enstone House for over a year. She is quite settled and happy, the staff are all very caring, and she is well looked after. My sister cannot do much at all for herself, there is always someone on hand to help with her needs.

I started my career in care in 2010, working as a housekeeper and carer in a residential dementia care home. I am gradually developing myself with training, learning and experience. I worked in various care departments, including night manager, duty manager, and unit manager, before becoming a Registered Manager in March 2019.
In the 7 years that followed, I have managed six care homes in five counties in the UK. I have managed care homes' turnaround from an inadequate to a good rating.
I am passionate about providing care in a person-centred way, and the need to build positive work in partnership with our residents, their families, our team, local professionals and advocates to achieve the best possible care and outcomes for individuals living in our home, and I am particularly excited about the opportunity to manage a home.
