My sister had previously been in some pretty ropey accommodations, we had to fight to get her closer to us and we are so glad we did. Woodlarks immediately became her home, the team have consistently looked after her even as her health declines. We know that she is safe and supported there with the best of care in place. Delighted that my brother is at Woodlarks! I feel that we really are one of the lucky ones. It is a safe, friendly, warm environment with many lovely staff, and so easy to visit. He has very high needs and is always so well groomed, his personal care is second-to-none. He is treated with gentleness and dignity. I would love to see him going outside to get some fresh air and hope that starts to happen regularly as the weather improves.

Always a happy feeling and friendly faces meals always smell and look great always made to feel welcome. The care home is always spotless and clean to a high standard. There always seems to be some activity going on.
