My late father was cared for extremely well at Healey House in the last eleven months of his life. Despite the added pressures of the pandemic, the home went above and beyond to ensure that I had as much contact with him as possible. The staff are very caring and supportive. I am very grateful.
Thank you for the lovely review, it was a pleasure caring for your father, he is very much missed.
First class care and attention for each and every one. For what I can't thank everybody enough what was done for my husband.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, it was such a pleasure to care for your Husband.
My dad spent the last few years at Healey House, in which time all the staff made his life very happy, comfortable and a very safe place. It gave our family great comfort to know he was well cared for and happy.
Thank you for your review, it was an absolute pleasure caring for Dad for the last few years, he brought so much joy to the home.
During mums time at Healey House, she was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. Visiting friends and family were always made to feel welcome. Highly recommend.
My mother spent the last 9 months at the home. She was treated with respect, dignity and love by all the staff who always had a smile and a laugh to make my mother's last few months happy. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the lovely review Christine, It was such a pleasure to have your mother living here in our home for the last 9 months.
As we live in Sealle USA. We are able to visit my mother at the residence. On arrival noticed how clean and well kept the rooms, bathrooms and home were. All the staff and management were so friendly and helpful and treated everyone with respect. My mother is very happy and well taken care of. I would recommend Healey House.
The staff in all departments are always kind and caring nothing is too much trouble for them even at very busy times.
The home is always kept warm no matter what time of year.
Every member of staff works very hard but they care for the residents with kindness and compassion and they are always cheerful.
Good, friendly, family atmosphere. The residents seem happy and contented. The staff are very caring and competent. Healey House is certainly worth considering; you can pay a visit, view the rooms and facilities and judge for yourself whether it is what you are looking for.
As my husband is registered blind Healey House is the obvious choice as they are able to offer all the assistance required for a happy care home environment. All the staff are very caring and I feel my husband is well cared for. The day centre attached to Henley House has a day centre that caters for the partially sighted and blind five days a week which breaks up the boredom scenario in a usual care home.
Extremely caring. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist in any way they can.
