Overall Experience
Sadly my mom passed earlier this month and she had been a resident here for many years. I honestly cannot praise enough how amazing, caring and respectful they were to her needs and mine. The length they went to make her final days easier and more comfortable was way beyond any expectations I had and not only were they looking after her they were looking after me. Thank you.
I will miss my daily visits there.

Thank you so much for everything.

Overall Experience

I used to visit a dear friend of mine at St Marguerite care home for a weekly chat. I wanted to share my thoughts for those in search of a place for their loved ones. During my visits, I was met with such warmth and kindness from the staff as they offered me tea and made sure we were comfortable in the cozy sitting area. Though I may not know all the ins and outs of the care provided, what mattered most to me was that she was happy. She always expressed her gratitude for the home and the staff and that speaks volumes.

Overall Experience
Since our father came out of hospital he has been looked after by all the very kind staff at this care home. He seems so much better mentally and physically and his total well being has improved dramatically. We know this is the best place for dad to be as he really could not manage at home on his own.

Thank you all so much for your help and care.
