Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. As the Manager I am so pleased and reassured your friend was very well look after, it is so important that your friend was treated with dignity and respect and used all the facilities of the home to his advantage, and most important he enjoyed the food. I am also pleased he is now strong enough to return home and live independently.

She was a lovely lady and always enjoyed her food and chattered to every one. It was also privileged to have the wake at the care home to come together for the last time. As we have mentioned before you and your family are always welcome to pop in for a drink in our restaurant for a chat.

Since nearly 4 years ago when your mother moved into the care home, it is very encouraging to hear that you and your wife are experiencing the highest level of care and all her needs are complete which is most important. This of course will be passed on to the team of staff. Your mother is a character and very much loved at the home. Thank you once again for the review.

Your mother has settled into the home very well and loves to chat to the other residents and take part in the homes activities, your mother also loves her food which she tells the chefs frequently. Thank you for your review it is very much appreciated. We are so pleased your father made a full recovery after being in our care and he was able to return back home. It was a shame your father did not take part in the social gatherings and activities of the home but very much enjoyed his meals with the residents.
