My room is very comfortable, always warm. Food is regular, varied and tasty food with a good choice on the menu every day. Staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance and, at the same time, very professional. The facilities are well-maintained and clean.

My mum has been happy living in this home since the day she arrived. The staff are very professional, caring and always there to support both residents and families. The management is also very supportive, helpful and very caring. The atmosphere in the home is very positive and happy. Every member of
staff, from domestics, kitchen staff, carers and management makes this home special.

We would like to stress the friendly welcome from all members of staff. He mentions the helpfulness. He has mentioned that very often he doesn't have a towel in his room. His overall feeling is of 'happiness and contentment'. As he walks from room to room, he feels the welcome as he goes.
Reply from Zara Moussavi, Registered Manager at Lyndhurst Care HomeI would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the lovely review. I will be informing the team with regard to the towel in his bathroom.
Best wishes.

I have alwats found this care home to be of an excellent nature with very good facilities all provided for by our activities lady! I am well provided for food and drink wise as I am a vegetarian and one who sticks to it religiously! My room is comfortable and warm. Overall, I am very, very happy here
and would quite willingly spend this time I have left on earth under the care of the present management.

From the day my mother was assessed by the staff until she died peacefully in her own bed at Lyndhurst, she was treated with kindness and love. I was never at any time uneasy about the standard of care. Her final years of life were enriched by her time at the home.

I visited Lyndhurst Care Home recently and I was very welcome into the home. All the residents were busy on activities. There was lots going on. Music, some people dancing, others in the garden and the activities lady was setting up the room for the afternoon's tea in nice taste. Old fashioned teapots,
cups, very vintage tea party. My friend was happy and said that this was the best place to be. Her room was clean and the house very clean.

I went to visit my friend as I hadn't visited for a long time. Staff were very good and drinks were made for me and my friend and we sat in the sunroom with a nice cup of tea. The home was very nice and clean and other residents appear happy.

Very caring towards my father and the staff do as much as they can to answer questions and give information. Some of the facilities in the home and the decor could do with an update. My father's room is small and it would be much nicer if it had a window. The other residents seem happy.
