The staff are kind and responsive to my mum's individual needs. They communicate well with me too. I live further away from Mum than I would like, but the social media posts keep me updated and reassured that she's having a positive experience. Mum's only been her a few months, but in my opinion other residential homes could learn a lot from Ashton Manor's model of care.

My connection with Ashton Manor is fairly recent as my son became a resident just two months ago (December 2024). However I am reassured that my early questions and concerns have been met by the manager and staff, who have responded promptly and positively considering my queries. Contact with the staff have been good whether on the phone or in person. I feel that he is being well cared for & with great patience as he was initially very unsettled. My son has been a resident at Ashton Manor since Dec 2023. I have been very impressed with the care and consideration shown to him at all times. The staff are always so welcoming and do everything they can to help. It is difficult to express how grateful I am for the way they have helped him to settle into such a change of circumstances - but they have, and are doing - an excellent job.
Their staff turnover is incredibly low and therefore it's the same friendly faces every time...
