I cannot emphasize how kind and caring these people are.
The care and management have been very satisfactory. In particular, the staff are always willing in assisting with general tasks. The environment, due to dementia can be challenging, but overcome by professionalism. As a family, we thank all the staff for the consistent help and kindness.

My mum has always had excellent care during her time here. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful with any queries I have. She has been looked after and has been really happy. I know she is safe and well.

Dad was only at Victoria Royal Beach Care Home for a few weeks but during that time all the staff were extremely kind and treated him with respect. It was a bit tricky at first due to the nature of Dad's injury but the staff put things in place to keep him safe and kept me updated on any concerns....
