Great to know mum is being looked after. Many thanks to all the staff and their care.
Excellent care is being offered by the manager and all the staff to my mum ,who is thoroughly enjoying her stay here .They offer entertainment to keep all residents engaged and the food is healthy and excellent quality . They genuinely care about all their residents and treat them if they were there own . I am so happy my mum is here as I know she is being well looked after and she is herself happy .
Such a lovely home, where our Dad was looked after with care and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The home is clean and the food is of good quality. Highly recommended. Thank you all.
The care and every facility are of the highest quality and I can ask nothing more.
Over the years I have had a great deal of experience of care homes dealing with this facility for friends and relatives. Without doubt Victoria Royal Beach is not merely one of the best in my experience - but the very best. Right up the top of the tree. The staff, the facilities and the care are truly excellent. I cannot emphasize how kind and caring these people are.
The care and management have been very satisfactory. In particular, the staff are always willing in assisting with general tasks. The environment, due to dementia can be challenging, but overcome by professionalism. As a family, we thank all the staff for the consistent help and kindness.
Very pleased with the care. Happy place, food good. Staff are all lovely.
Caring, friendly and competent staff.
I have peace of mind she is there.
Good communication.
Highly recommended.
My mum has always had excellent care during her time here. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful with any queries I have. She has been looked after and has been really happy. I know she is safe and well.
Dad was only at Victoria Royal Beach Care Home for a few weeks but during that time all the staff were extremely kind and treated him with respect. It was a bit tricky at first due to the nature of Dad's injury but the staff put things in place to keep him safe and kept me updated on any concerns. I always felt welcomed when visiting and the staff were always friendly and happy to help.
I was upset when my father left Victoria Royal Beach Care Home, the home was lovely, very clean and the manager and her staff were all very kind and looked after my father excellently. They were all very helpful and made me and my family very welcome and my father always had a lovely smile and was always happy. The best care home, thank you all.
In early December Mum had 2 visits to accident and emergency. When it was time to come back the warm welcome and thoughtfulness that went into getting her settled were second to none. Thanks again, everyone.
