Staff are caring, professional, responsive to the individual needs of residents and my parents are very happy here. Rooms are clean and airy. There is a programme of activities through out the week and residents are free to participate or not depending on their preference.

This means he stays in his room all the time and staff do their best to keep checking on him. Any problems come from staff being busy and sometimes short-staffed, as all homes suffer from. Overall a good home.

The staff of this care home quite simply care a lot about the residents - showing a huge amount of patience and understanding during some very testing times. The longer you get to know the staff the more you can understand the stress that they are under - long shifts which are very tiring...
