John has been there now before Covid and I cannot speak highly enough of the support and care he receives. I wish I had been told about Carl Court when my husband John was first discharged from a unit. John has been there now before Covid and I cannot speak highly enough of the support and care he receives. The staff are lovely and the owners are very hands on, and involved with the day to day running of the home which you don't see in a lot of homes. We are very lucky to have him somewhere safe and knowing he is being well looked after. Not the experience we had at the first home John was in. I just don't want them to retire!

Since arriving, he recovered so well and is doing things that simply couldn't do before. The staff here look after every resident so well...
My loved one was recently transferred to a wonderful Carl Court after having a tough time in a couple of others. Honestly, we couldn't have found a better place. Since arriving, he recovered so well and is doing things that simply couldn't do before. The staff here look after every resident so well who are always presentable, clean and happy. It's like one big family, no matter what condition they might have. The owners and staff are true experts and treat everyone individually. I genuinely love visiting and seeing everyone smiling. The place is clean and homely. Not only do they take fantastic care of their residents, but they also look after relatives. They really take the burden off our shoulders, so we get to enjoy time with our loved ones rather than worrying about their care. It's a place where we can truly rest assured that they are in good hands. Highly recommend!!!!

My mum has Alzheimer's and was cared for by staff at Carl Court Care Home for four months prior to being transferred to a psychiatric unit. During her stay, the owners of Carl Court were excellent. They were fully engaged with my mum’s care and took time to listen to her and our family to ensure she was supported - her needs met. Our thanks also to the staff at Carl Court who looked after my mum and were always cheerful and welcoming. The care home is a nice size - not too big, the gardens well laid out and peaceful with parks nearby to stroll in. Genuinely, I will miss the visits. When I registered Mum with a local GP he said, ‘Carl Court, you’ve made a good choice. I can only hope it’s still there when I need care.’
