I can't speak highly enough about Bramble House and the incredible team who cared for my Mum over the past 4.5 years. It truly became a safe haven for her, a place where she was not only looked after with professionalism but also with genuine kindness, love and compassion. The staff are dedicated, patient, warm and go above and beyond to make each resident feel valued and respected. It's clear that the carers aren't just doing a job, they genuinely care for others, which shows in everything they do. The home is thoughtfully managed, with an emphasis on dignity, safety and support for their residents. They are approachable, communicative and responsive, giving families peace of mind. My Mum loved it here, and I loved visiting too, becoming part of their big family. Even around her passing we were fully supported, with the professionals, management and the carers ensuring Mum had a dignified passing. A huge thank you to all who manage and work at Bramble, you are truly amazing people.

To the staff at Bramble House Care Home. words cannot describe how grateful I am, for the care you administered to my dad. You extended love to him, you understood him and gave him the space and time to be himself. Dad was treated with the utmost care and kindness especially towards the end of his life. I really appreciated all the efforts of the staff to keep dad as comfortable as possible. When dad became a resident at Brambles in 2022, I had cause to point out a few issues, which were all addressed and acted upon. I then saw dad had settled in and was now happy. The staff were absolutely amazing, even when short staffed, they were happy, caring and friendly to my dad and the other residents. In the last days and hours of dad's life the staff at Brambles took their level of care to another level. Even family and friends who came to visit my dad commented on how impressed they were with the level of service and care they saw for themselves, the staff couldn't do enough for dad.

Most caring. Will listen to problems and will help solve them. A few points I have issues with are acted upon, like cutting up lunches etc and using a spoon to help with feeding.

My husband has settled in very well and gets on well with the staff and enjoys the entertainments. I now have peace of mind.

My review may be described by some as "Over the top" but my mother is more than content with the general surroundings and with her personal bedroom - which leads me to say to all the staff at Bramble, many many thanks!

My husband was a resident in Bramble House from 4/1/16 until his death on the 5/2/17.

We cannot praise Bramble House enough for the care, attention and love he received there. I could not fault it and would not hesitate to recommend it as a wonderful caring home. The staff were outstanding, happy, caring and so friendly to the residents and visitors alike. So thankful we found Bramble House.
